Hotel in zona Batu Gasing Awang Semaun, Bandar Seri Begawan

Badi'ah Hotel is nothing short of superb! Large, spacious rooms with elegant/warm lighting and tasteful decor and artwork. Rooms were equipped with functional furniture such as a wall desk with a chair, 2 arm chairs, a folding luggage storage rack as well as a large cabinet for luggage storage and clothing. The room also came with an electronic safe, electric kettle, mini fridge, coffee/tea making supplies (Nescafé and milk powder packets, sugar, Lipton tea), 2 glasses, 2 coffee mugs with little stir sticks and bathroom amenities such as bar soap, shampoo, body gel, 2 dental kits and a disposable bag. 2 bottles of water were also provided and were replenished each morning. The bathroom was large and clean with a large western toilet. Shower was enclosed, however, water still floods all over the bathroom floor when showering. On this point, the bathrooms could be improved. The bed was extremely comfortable, but unusually short in length. I am only 5'5” but my feet were hitting the edge of the bed. For anyone taller than 5'5”, I fear your feet may be hanging off the bed? Perhaps this was just the size of the double bed in my room, but I found this peculiar. The room also came with a flatscreen TV, with 9 channels to choose from. Limited, but fine for a few nights. Channel selections included BBC news, Discovery and also a Cinemax movie channel (all in English). There were a couple of other English channels also, but I didn't tune in to these. Channels/TV service cut in and out periodically - loss of service - unsure why, but it was manageable. Wifi signal was exceptionally strong, with a router on each floor and different floor networks to choose from. Very happy! Air conditioning in the room and ventilation both were excellent. Housekeeping was excellent and efficient! They started at a reasonable time and finished very quickly, never missing a beat and generous with replenishing used supplies and toiletries. Rooms were also very clean! There was an electronic pad inside to indicate whether you wanted your room cleaned or to be left be, which I thought was excellent design. Reception and kitchen staff were all amazing! Professional, friendly and welcoming of guests! Always opening the door for incoming and departing guests and happy to service any request with a smile! Staff were superb! My one complaint (other than the flooding shower) would be ants in the room. Unfortunately, this is in most tropical climates, and difficult to control, I understand. They are harmless, but, for sure, an annoyance. The hotel offered free airport pick-up and drop-off which was superb value and very much appreciated! The staff even waited for me despite my flight being delayed over an hour (sorry!). Location of the hotel is perfect! You can walk to all of the major tourist sights, and there are 2 major supermarkets close by, one in the complex just behind the hotel, which was very convenient (it's called First Emporium Supermarket). L'opzione di trasporto gratuito offerta all'arrivo all'aeroporto è stata un aspetto molto attraente di questo hotel e è stato senza saldatura quando arrivato tardi di notte. Le strade della città erano deserte, quindi il viaggio non ci è voluto molto e il benvenuto dalla ricezione è stato meraviglioso, sentito così amichevole e più come arrivare a casa di qualcuno che a un hotel. Può essere un po' ingannato e a volte più di un posto di business, ma è stato il luogo ideale per una breve pausa nella città e tutte le principali visione sono facilmente camminabili. L'edificio alternativo è dotato di due edifici per l'alloggio e la miniera, che si trovano al secondo piano, con un ascensore decente e le scale disponibili per l'uso e la stanza stessa è abbastanza grande. Era un po' di base e funzionale, ma con i prezzi che io non posso lamentarmi. Sii sicuro di chiudere l’oscuro nel doccia a notte, altrimenti la porta del vetro permette il sole mattinale in tutta la stanza, ma l’aria condizionata ha funzionato bene, ci sono i piatti sul lato del letto e un desk decente abbastanza per fare qualsiasi lavoro. La TV era piccola e non c'è una grande quantità di magazzinaggio, ma almeno ovunque sembrava molto pulita. Il rumore esterno era minimo, dato che l'hotel è bloccato nel proprio parcheggio, anche se è stato possibile sentire l'acqua correndo in tutto l'edificio da altre stanze tutta la notte. Il colazione ha continuato la storia del ”caso” amichevole e era molto bello. Ci sono un numero decente di piatti caldi sul buffet e la stazione di omelette vive è un buon toccamento. Ancora una volta tutti i membri del personale sono super benvenuti e non possono fare abbastanza per aiutare. C'è anche una miscela di tavole con molti adatto per grandi gruppi. Non posso commentare la loro offerta serale, poiché è stata chiusa per una funzione privata. Se stai cercando l’altezza del lusso e della modernità, sarai deluso, ma per una stanza pulita e confortevole, in un grande luogo con un’atmosfera accogliente, sicuramente considerarlo - io sarò di nuovo e il suo brillante valore.

The person from Higher Hotel assigned to meet me at the airport didn't show up so I had to ask a (p/u-s/o) working at the airport to make call (my phone was unusable) to the hotel. The pick up was for 01:00 but was delay until 02:00 Other than this episode the rest of the stay was quite positive. Higher Hotel is a good location for people who have a limited time to visit Brunei's capital, Bandar Seri Begawan. Higher Hotel has a group of professional personnel ( beside the airport p/u person), friendly, helpful and courteous. The lobby is bright and airy with adequate sofas for guest waiting for cabs or transportation. The room and the bathroom, in my opinion, is better than most three stars hotel.There is a fair sized shopping mall across the street (to the right) from the hotel. Jame's Hassanil Bolkiah Mosques is only a 15 mins easy pace walk. The hotel can arrange a sightseeing trip for the four must see (my take if you have only one free day to take in the city): Istana Nurul Iman, Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Kampong Ayer - Venice of East, and Jame's Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque. Jame's Hassanil Bolkiah Mosqueis only 15 mins walk from the Higher Hotel. Walk out from the hotel's front door, turn right and walk on that direction of the highway. To check your bearing, you may want to walk down to the roadside bus stop (just outside the hotel) and look to the right where you will see a pedestrian crossover above the highway. You can walk through the shopping mall (across the from the hotel) to get to the crossover. Go over the crossover and walk alongside the highway (nice walking path with green grass between the highway). Make a left turn when arrive at a four way signal lights. Turn left and look up. The golden domes of the mosque is 5 minutes away.

È stato quasi 2 anni di licenza e ora ho l'opportunità di visitare il mio marito a Brunei. Pensare sull'isolamento di sé sarà il peggior momento della mia vita che sarò da solo per almeno 7-14 giorni nella stanza dell'hotel. Così mi sono preparato per alcune attività, tra cui lavoro di ufficio ...oh caro fortuna che posso lavorare da ovunque. La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita. Posso scegliere il mio seggio per lavoro, leggere un libro o avere un pasto. L'atmosfera accogliente nella zona di soggiorno è così rilassante. Posso vedere le viste della città dalla finestra. Parlare del cibo è fantastico! Non ho lamentele a tutti, tranne il mio peso haha ... Inoltre l'ospitalità fornita dai dipendenti è stata grande! Mi sono davvero perso i momenti. Ho fortemente raccomandato che questo hotel sia il posto migliore per restare ogni volta che visitate Brunei.

La stanza è grande con decorazione tradizionale del Brunei. L'unica cosa che mi lamenterei è che la rete non è abbastanza veloce da comprare una data mobile per poter lavorare online.

First in mind: room air temperature was too chill, freezing, despite the fan is off, and temp control set to highest (30°C). I am working in computer industry, and 16°C is the ideal temperature for computer room, but not for human. During the stay, never warmer than 15°C. If I didnt heat fill bath tub with hot water, room temp would stay at around 11-13°C Good things: - location near the Mall, many resto around - spacious room Immediate improvement needed: - aircon temperature should be adjustable, able until 25°C. - toilet amenities: cotton buds Further improvement needed - toilet amenities, shaving kit, comb, higher quality of tooth brush - additional door lock of chain type - additional electric socket outlet near bed, of the international type - key-secured access lift - removal of big TV cabinet - list of hotel properties in room - bigger swimming pool

L'hotel è situato in una zona commerciale e vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Brunei, che è stato di solito confortevole, ma il servizio clienti richiede un miglioramento. Per esempio, abbiamo prenotato un pick-up, confermato per posta elettronica dall'hotel, ma è arrivato un'ora dopo. e il conducente ha detto che non erano consapevoli di venirci all'aeroporto. Mentre all'aeroporto, le chiamate telefoniche all'hotel per il pick-up non sono state risposte fino a quando non hanno chiamato 4-5 volte. Il menu del colazione era limitato e basilare, solo piatti locali. Il loro ristorante è chiuso alla notte, quindi abbiamo ordinato servizio in camera - cibo è venuto confezionato in scatole di plastica con utensili di plastica. Hanno 2 ascensori al pavimento, ma solo uno lavorava la maggior parte del tempo. La TV in camera ha solo 5 canali e bassa risoluzione. Nessuna struttura come palestra o piscina. La porta di slitta del tappeto in legno nella stanza è uscito dalle sue ferrovie quando l'abbiamo usato. Hotel in buona posizione, ma il suo servizio richiede notevoli miglioramenti.

Sono rimasto qui con la mia famiglia nel numero 122 della camera di famiglia il 26-28 Luglio 2021. Io e mio marito e 5 dei nostri figli pianificano di avere il meglio con la nostra famiglia, ma siamo davvero delusi con questo hotel. Io elenco la terribile esperienza che abbiamo avuto qui: 1. Ho chiamato per prenotare, ma hanno detto di andare a piedi perché avevano un sacco di spazio. Quando arrivarono, ci fu dato una stanza di famiglia, e quando i bambini controllavano la TV, non c'era nessun canale disponibile, poi informano il desk, dissero che volevano mandare una persona a controllare. Dopo un'ora, controlliamo di nuovo e ospite cosa? Ci informano che la TV è rotta!! E questo è stato! 2. La stanza ci costa $200++, compreso il colazione, e dovrebbe essere servito a 7.00am, purtroppo il ristorante non si apre nemmeno a 7.05am e nessuno ci informa di nulla, anche se il personale intorno ci ha visto aspettare davanti al ristorante da 6.45 am. Quando abbiamo chiesto, poi solo si spostano sulla luce e ci hanno chiesto di ordinare. Gosh!! 3. La più terribile esperienza è stata quando il secondo giorno, la nostra camera è piena di fumo di sigaretta viene dal bagno. Io non posso tollerare questo!! Odiamo i fumatori e non lasciamo mai che i nostri figli profumino questo ”*£#&! Ci lamentiamo al divano davanti, ma non c'era alcuna azione. Ho avuto la migranza, i miei figli dovevano profuminare questa sigaretta per ore!! Ci lamentiamo di nuovo e sono appena entrati e si sprayano la febbre!! Che spreco di soldi e tempo. E non ci siamo mai più tornati!!

Siamo rimasti a The Empire per tutta la notte in transito in Australia. Gli edifici sono incredibilmente impressionanti, come i terreni, le strutture ( ristoranti, cinema, caffè 24 ore) e la piscina incredibile. Il personale è molto amichevole, efficiente e piacevole per aiutare in qualsiasi modo.La nostra camera era spaziosa con una vista marea e il letto era meraviglioso. Usavamo biciclette per esplorare la proprietà, visitavamo il cinema in casa e trascorreva una serata lusingata dalla piscina usando i kayacchi e i pannelli SUP. I terreni sono in streaming con la vita degli uccelli. Vidiamo gli agnelli del mare, i re, le patate e altro ancora. Abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante Pantai che ha offerto buon cibo a prezzi ragionevoli. Il disastro per noi è stato il buffet colazione che aveva una vasta selezione di cibo, ma alcune delle offerte come roti, dim sum e curries erano già fredde e senza appetito di 8.00am. Il colazione e il transito aeroportuale non sono inclusi nel prezzo della camera, quindi questi extra fanno di questo un'opzione costosa. Ci sono molte spiagge private sulla proprietà, ma ci sono stati detto che nuotare è a vostro rischio a causa del piccolo rischio di crocodili. In generale, è stata una vera esperienza rimanere qui!
