Bandar Lampung: hotel con bar

The service was superb and its located right next to a mall which makes its so convenient. Will be back again.

Trovo tutto sorprendente e anche trovare un'alta cura e persone professionali che si prendono cura della mia stanza come il signor Choirul ha lavorato molto bene e quando abbiamo bisogno di lui lo troviamo.Io consiglio a tutti coloro che visitano lampeggiatura bandera per avere molto piacevole e il bellissimo tempo in Swiss-belhotel lampung dove si può trovare le cose buone e professionali.

Sono rimasto a Sheraton Lampung per 3 notti dal 23 al 26 gennaio 2023. Inizialmente ho prenotato una stanza standard, ma si è scoperto che la stanza aveva problemi con la AC e la doccia. Mi sono lamentato di questo al manager (Signora Heny). Dopo aver ricevuto la mia denuncia, la signora Heny si è comportata in modo rapido e responsabile, cercando di assicurarsi che tutti i problemi fossero risolti, fino al punto di cambiare e di aggiornare la mia camera in suite junior senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La signora Heny ha apprezzato molto questo sforzo aggiuntivo per garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti, e il servizio di tutto il personale è solo di alta qualità e di alta classe. Oltre a fornire il miglior servizio hoteliere che ho mai sperimentato, i dipendenti di Sheraton Lampung hanno anche mostrato ospite e amicizia che è davvero caldo e amichevole. Io viaggiavo solo in quel momento, ma mi sentivo come se fossi stato con la famiglia e gli amici per la cortesia di tutti i dipendenti, soprattutto la signora Destri al ristorante, che era amichevole, piacevole, e attento anche se il ristorante è stato molto astuto durante l’ora del colazione. Consigliavo molto Sheraton Lampung a chiunque viaggia a Lampung, sia che viaggiate solo o con il vostro partner o la vostra famiglia, sia che sia un viaggio di business o di piacere.

Tried out the spa & massage facility as apparently this is the only 4 star hotel in the city that offers the spa service to non staying guests and caters to female market, not sure about Sheraton (tried to reach out but to no avail). To sum up, it was the worst massage experience I have ever experienced by far. No one was attending at the reception desk when we arrived, we had to go inside and call for the staffs while they were chit chatting at the back. The whole treatment was tormenting rather than relaxing, the spa therapist clearly had not been receiving proper training beforehand. Uniform is way too revealing, you can tell that the therapist was not feeling comfortable wearing it. She kept adjusting her clothes in between the treatment. At the end of the treatment, we were told that card payment is not accepted and we had to pay either by cash or bank transfer to their personal account🤔 We asked for the billing and they could only give us the yellow copy instead of white. Understand that it is managed by third party, but if it is a facility inside the hotel I suppose the hotel management should pay attention to it as it will eventually affect the image of the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at the Novotel Lampung. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Grazie per aver organizzato la luna di miele nella stanza, il personale era amichevole, aria condizionata, riscaldatore d'acqua, ma la TV era cattiva. Non hanno fornito ferro gratis, quindi dobbiamo pagare per la pressione. E il menu del colazione era così.Nessun latte per colazione. Controlla e controlla rapidamente.

Hotel pulito, buono, strategico, solo mancanza di strutture di piscina e la palestra è nuovamente attrezzata, sicuramente aggiungere il miglior hotel se la piscina e l'attrezzatura palestra sono nuovamente attrezzati

One of the best hotel in Bandar Lampung. They start operating in May. Since the hotel just open, so the interior, facilities and the equipment still new. This hotel provides good views especially at night. but there still needs to be improvements such as access to the swimming pool. guests need to exit through the hotel lobby and through the outdoor walkway. so that when it rains or hot day you can't go to the swimming pool. And, the management can add a children's play area or activities to make it a kids-friendly hotel. But overall i love Holiday Inn. I have stayed in Macao, Jakarta and Lampung. They’re all the same..
