im so dissapointed because the room have lots of dust,room 320.. whoever are incharge in cleanliness please double check, those dust only can be seen after you flap the comforter, see what flew in front of you..

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was quite small and cleanliness still can be improved as I notice quite a lot of clothes moth larvae on the ceiling. The location is very strategic, walking distance to eateries and less than 10 mins away from IOI City Mall. Customer service is amazing. Would still come back if I have business in Putrajaya.

Toothpaste is not within the scope. Facilities are old and has minor damage. However, at least for a sleep, i dont feel any problem

Such a great place to stay as it gave me a chance to explore Putrajaya before catching an afternoon flight. Great to have a shopping mall across the road, lovely room, beautiful staff and close to airport.

Location of hotel is good

Good stay for a short trip, however the bed and pillow was not good for me.
