The hotel is built on a large area and has a very interesting architecture. You enter through the parking garage, upstairs is a friendly reception. The room numbers are confusing, it takes some time to understand the system. The room is nice and big with an extra sofa, a balcony, a modern trendy bathroom with bath and there is a fridge. One side of the bed has no nightstand. At the end of the area is the restaurant and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and circles around a central area. It is 1.20m deep. It is very quiet (aside from loud guests from time to time) and there are many places to sit, lie and relax. The restaurant has a great menu of Thai and western dishes. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The steak was great and the pizza also nice and thin with good topping. Service is with attention to detail. So far so good. Back in the room, wanting to relax a bit with the remainder of the wine we were exposed to the thumping bass of music from a party at least 100 meters away. Extremely irritating to a point that I had to leave the room and go for a walk. The noise came from a small restaurant on the main road with just a few visitors. It could be heard hundreds of meters down the road and also in the pool area. No escape. I don’t directly blame the hotel for this, but they should contact their neighbors and ask for some consideration. At half the volume it is still more than loud enough for the dancers. It went on till well after 10 pm. After that you can hear some traffic, so I would recommend to ask for a room farther from the road, the second building row. A place where I have to leave my room cannot score high on my come-back list. Unless of course the issue is solved. What a pity that in such a nice place the fun of a small group can affect the guests of 72 rooms in this hotel alone.

This hotel is PERFECT!!! They are located close to most of the coffee and eatery places in khaoyai. The staff - a batch of very friendly very helpful and lovely people. Always smiling, not idling, always on standby to meet your needs. The room - huge room, separate living and bedroom space. Lots of sitting space, table top space, luggage storage space. Love that the toilet and shower area are separate. Lots of natural sunlight as well, nice view from the room. The best spot - the swimming pool. It is suspended in midair and you get a lovely view from the bottom of the pool. Not for the faint hearted. They also have complimentary hi-tea. Lovely tray of sandwich, cakes, fruits and drinks. An indulgence by itself. In-room bar is complimentary as well, 2 cans of soft drink, 2 cans of beer, some packet juice, peanuts, chips…. Breakfast is ala carte with very good choices. No efforts had been spared to make you start your day right. Will definitely come back here again if I do visit khaoyai again. I left something at the hotel and the staff took extra effort to send them to me. Much appreciated.

Camera elettrica, ma c'è solo una camera Apri la porta per trovarsi l'uno l'altro Molto insufficiente, deve aspettare insieme, in generale, buona atmosfera, vicino alla fabbrica di cioccolato, vicino al ristorante di Khao Yai cucina. Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e due figli (16 e 18 anni), e l'alloggio disponibile era simile a un giardino in legno con un tappo sul doccia e sul bagno. L'alloggio era vecchio e non sembrava la presentazione video della stanza che ci fu offerta quando ci fu chiesto di vedere la stanza, ma i letti erano confortevoli e non rock duri come tanti ristoranti. Le aree sono spaziali, ma potrebbero beneficiare di un designer paesaggio. La colazione è stata servita in una grande stanza e tutto era freddo, ma era tutto a posto.

Mooi resort gemoedelijke sfeer. Best jammer dat wij tijdens ons verblijf van 4 nachten de enige gasten waren maar dat maakte onze vakantie niet minder leuk 😜. Zeer behulpzaam personeel die we voor een aantal problemen op onze kamer een paar keer nodig hadden, ze waren elke keer snel ter plekke. Goed ontbijt, had meer een buffet ontbijt verwacht, misschien nu lastig ivm enige gasten. Fijne ruime en schone kamer. Heerlijk zwembad war het goed vertoeven is na een warme dag. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt, niet echt op loopafstand. Leuke dingen te doen in de buurt zoals de Chocolate Factory en de Ban Tha Chang Spring, lekker poedelen in natuurlijk bronwater en natuurlijk het National Park op 10 km afstand

I was here for a few days. It’s quite a lovely place and the facility and the staff are great. Just a few things to be aware of when choosing to book here: The rooms are spacious. Mattress is medium soft/hard. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and well serviced but it’s quite limited after a few days. The pool area is lovely as is the garden area but it needs updating. I’d advise you to check your room for hot water and mold before you settle in. The room safes are not secured to the wall so someone could, technically, take it out of the room and break open. My room, A318, had no hot water at all. I did talk to the desk staff about it and they tried to get it fixed eventually telling me it was fixed but it was always cold. I don’t need or expect hot water in Asia (I live in Thailand) but cold water kinda sucks in a shower. They offered to move me to a different room but I declined. There were spotty areas of mold in my room - be careful of that too. The hotel is a bit tired, especially the grounds and some of the furnishings and fixtures - it could all use a facelift and refresh. I did enjoy my time here and will consider returning but I will definitely be more careful about the room. They have a published water conservation policy posted in the rooms but it’s not followed at all. As per the policy, I hung my towels on the rack so they wouldn’t be washed. I came back and had new towels. When I informed them of the hot water situation they told me the engineer said to run the shower water for 10 minutes to get it hot. Odd? You betcha! So much for conservation and environmental awareness. Nonetheless, it’s good medium priced small hotel worth giving a try.

È un posto di relax. Delizioso colazione disponibile, può essere riempito se non pieno. Il ricevitore è molto buono, parla per il buon servizio. Durante questo periodo, può essere per il COVID, quindi non ci sono molte persone da rimanere. Quando andammo, ci sono state poche camere da soggiornare, ma il personale di servizio clienti non l'ha ignorata.Mi piace.La camera da letto e i tovaglioli erano senza spot.

Stavo con la mia famiglia nella terza settimana del 23 ottobre. L'esperienza di check-in non era buona per capelli sul letto da un ospite precedente che non è accettabile Io denuncia immediatamente al ufficio FO e si aggiornano la mia camera (che non è richiesto da me) migliore che possano offrire qualcosa di più, poi so che Lacol gestito da Chatrium Group (come il mio soggiorno precedente non era) Il loro grande arrabbiato Rene Balmer e la mia stessa lavorato insieme a Lebua bkk sperano che le cose miglioreranno molto presto. Bella chat con k. tau (f&b manager) molto buon uomo e servizio pensato. La posizione dell'hotel è buona comoda per se qualcuno va al ristorante locale. Spero di vederti presto. Buona fortuna.
