Ho soggiornato a Grand Hyatt Goa per 3 notti con la mia famiglia. Il check-in era molto tranquillo. Mridusmitha era davvero un grande aiuto. Grazie speciali all'ufficio di fronte V***n e al team.È stata una grande esperienza in cui abbiamo trascorso un giorno intero all'interno della proprietà che gode di tutte le strutture. La proprietà è molto vicina alla natura con molta verdura. I bambini godevano della varietà di attività ricreative. Mio figlio ha fatto un corso di navigazione e io lo consiglio con forza. È stato divertente e l'intera squadra di aquarella era molto amichevole e professionale. Le piscine sono state ben mantenute e il personale è stato molto attento. Grazie speciali a Gaurav e Naresh dal lato della piscina. Il centro fitness e il spa sono stati fantastici e molto ben mantenuti. Grazie speciali al direttore del spa, il dottor Ratheesh, per aver assicurato una grande esperienza in loco e per aver assistito alla pianificazione dei nostri giorni. Il cibo era gioioso.Grazie speciali al grande servizio presso Lounge di Vikas. Il personale di custodia della casa era molto completo e la camera era lussuosa e molto ben mantenuta. Grazie speciali alla casa di custodia ***ager signor Panda per averci controllato durante l'intera stanza. In generale, è stata una esperienza fantastica e memorabile. The Hotel Ginger is having all facilities and our stay is extremely happy and more comfortable.The staff attended namely shoba,anmol,anily ,Natasha and other staff including cleaning crew are very smile and dedicated with their assignment.I feel that they are pillars of this corporate administration.Thanks to one and all. I have stayed in this hotel during 29th October 2023 to 03rd November 2023. There were two separate rooms booked for me and my colleague. When we checked-in the hotel in the evening of 29th October we found the hotel rooms with very poor housekeeping. One of room provided by them was with big pillar (building construction beam) at center of room and it was not safe and convenient to move within room. Hence, they transferred me to another room, which was found with ***y cockroaches. At the same time, for colleague they allotted the non-smoking room however was with full smell of smoke and he cannot stay in the same room unless the issue was resolved. It require multiple follow-ups with hotel ***agement for housekeeping and finally we both went to reception (this also several time) to get things done. Hence, we ask hotel to check-out, however hotel mentioned that they will deduct the one night charges for the room which was not adequately maintained. Hence, at last we were helpless as we need to prepare for important office work and we decided to continue in the same hotel. They shifted me to other room which was also poorly maintained, however was little better than earlier room, wherein I consumed my whole bottle of sanitizer to clean the working table, wash basin area and toilet as there housekeeping was not and late responsive. For my colleague, they clean the room followed by air freshening however the problem was not completely solved. Overall, the hotel rooms was unhygienic including toilet, bathroom and working table for both the rooms. Hotel ***agement and housekeeping was very unprofessional and not supportive. There restaurant was also with free roaming ground for cockroaches which we shown to hotel ***agement and restaurant ***ager and they was speechless. Hence, we never dine in the hotel restaurant and we need to search nearby restaurant for dinner during our stay. Further, for morning breakfast the restaurant time was 07:30 however there was no food items ready till 07:50 and daily we need to push the hotel staff for this service on time. We don’t recommend this hotel.
