"Our least favorite hotel stay. Breakfast is not included. Hotel is pricey. Water provided but no bottle opener to open it. Safe broken and staff unable to provide help. No staff available after 6 pm and pretty isolated from town. If arrive after hours an will be sent in German so not very helpful."

"A total gem right in the centre of the old town. Olde worlde, situated central old town. Huge room, comfortable and clean. Dogs are very welcome. Incredible restaurant, superb quality, amazing choice and value. Well known for its food. Breakfast served in a different part of the hotel and has a canteen feel to it. However amazing, well stocked choice of food. The best coffee we have had in years. Overall you will not find better .. and the reasonable price is a huge bonus. Parking at the hotel. Wi fi, lift"

"The portions are not very large. However, it is apparent that the food card has been hardly changed for a long time. There are always the same dishes, which works a bit untouched on a long time. A regularly changing map or seasonal offers could make the restaurant much more attractive. Furthermore, we noticed that the service often works nervously, which is also clearly noted. Unfortunately, this disturbs the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. A more friendly and motivated service would significantly improve the overall experience."
