The staff were friendly, and They gave great service, and the room was very clean, and great value for money, and the breakfast was great as well. The free WiFi took a little bit to load a video online at a decent frame rate but worked well once loaded.

Just a note to say what a wonderful member of the premier inn team that is Giovanna. We have visited for breakfast on several occasions and nothing could be improved on in respect of interacting with Giovanna. She is very efficient in knowing what needs to be done in the breakfast area. She warmly engages everybody and shows an interest in what you have to say. She works incredibly hard under sometimes testing circumstances when it’s busy. Thank you Giovanna

Absolutely perfect stay from welcome to check out. Most comfortable bed and pillow made for a great nights sleep. Freshly cooked quality breakfast. All the amenities I needed in the room. Special mention to Bill who was so courteous and respectful of me travelling alone. Swapping my allegiance from Novotel to Premier Inn.

Great value for money. Rooms are warm and comfortable & have almost everything you need (tea & coffee, but no biscuits, shower gel, but take your own shampoo & conditioner!) There was a nice table in the room for sitting and reading/working/drinking tea. Very clean and bed was vert comfortable. Cooked breakfast was good value and well cooked.

Close to the M6 and easy to find. Good standard of Premier Inn. Very good low level light in bathroom for night time. Helpful staff at Reception provided us with extra towels, tea and milk. Good Vintage Inn next door. Supermarket petrol available opposite.

Much better than my last experience here. Wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast. We had a quiet room. The only slight negative was the Nespresso machine. It would only produce an inch of tepid coffee in the bottom of a cup. The lovely lady on reception gave us some sachets and we reverted to using a kettle. Problem solved. Great place.

The staff were friendly and polite, unfortunately our room was dirty, there was make up on the pillows hair in the bed, the toilet was dirty. They changed our room fairly swiftly however the second room didn't have the double bed so my wife and I had to sleep separately, it also had a bogey on the wall by the curtains. However the breakfast was amazing, it was cook to order I didn't get the chefs name but the waitress introduced herself as Teresa. This was on the 2nd Feb 2025 so which ever chef was working can I just say thank you for an incredible breakfast. Best poached eggs ever. Everything was cooked perfectly. You made my rating go up.

The refurbed Premier Inn Craven Drive is excellent and provides good value. Plenty of car parking and good access to the motorway network with a wonderful breakfast. Comfortable guest rooms have been modernised which make for an enjoyable stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly,

The best Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Friendly reception, exceptional quality rooms, perfect freshly made breakfast and great value for money. I stay at Premier Inn on a regular basis and found Preston South the best example i have ever come across
