UUtente ospiteMolto pulito! Qual è stato uno dei nostri principali desideri ma è anche aggiornato & ha bel mobili, mattress, TV & ect. Invece di piccolo campione shampoo, condizionatore, & lavaggio corpo hanno belle pompe di cuoio installato nelle docce. La casa si occupa di noi molto gentile e sarà una mano utile con tutto quello che possono. I dipendenti del desk front sono solo i migliori! Ti aiuteranno, cercare di soddisfare le esigenze se possibile e sempre un piacere passare. I nostri bambini amavano la piscina interna, e il letto confortevole con una grande schermata piatta. Io uso solo l'hotel a Baltimore!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

PPaige ElizabethBello, semplice e pulito. Colazione calda disponibile! La TV funziona correttamente, anche se i pulsanti del telecomando sono difficili da premere. Letto comodo, facile regolazione della temperatura, bagno pulito. La sedia della scrivania sembrava essere stata masticata a pezzi, però. Anche i loro ascensori sono un po' scalcinati, ma hanno dei cartelli: basta seguire queste istruzioni e andrà tutto bene.
Vicino a molti posti e buoni ristoranti!

The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

UUtente ospiteI had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh.
This is definitely a ”Get you what you pay for” situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options.

Lowery IIGreat experience after being told to leave the comfort inn for not rebooking the room in a timely manner being threatened by staff and having no internet I was pleased that there was hotel that was near that was more suitable than advertised amenities were actually as advertised and the staff was warm and receptive definitely a must return
