Lovely brach of premier inn. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very kind gesture of sweets, chocolate & a note on our bed. Room was super clean, staff very helpful and overall a pleasant visit. Just a note- If you book to have breakfast next door be patient as we waited roughly 40mins for our food to be cooked! However, you can have drinks and continental whilst you wait.

Excellent friendly service especially Mia Rose on reception, very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and well laid out. Slight problem with heater but MIA Rose sorted this out for us even though she was quite busy at the time . Thank you so much for a great stay.

The Beefeater pub attached to the hotel told us just after 9pm that they were taking h last orders then then at 10pm we were asked to leave! This is a pub and should be open until 11pm so is shocking behaviour and not good for customers. Would reconsider this approach

I Would definitely be booking this hotel again. I came down with family due to us going on holiday, great location and not far from the airport, around a 10 minute taxi away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, The staff at the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming

Room very clean and comfortable. The corridors to the room could do with a lock of pain but we weren't sleeping in them so didn't matter.

Came with my family The manager on reception was rude and not helpful at all. He said he had made us table bookings but didn’t so we had to wait for food baring in mind we had children. The hotel was dirty and not a nice place to stay. The manager needs a talking too.

Room was spotless and bathroom fully functional and clean. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room did get very warm overnight but a fan had been provided to help with this. We ate at the Beefeater all meals were lovely and the staff were very attentive . Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great. My room was fantastically clean with no mess anywhere to see. The staff where very friendly and helpful and welcoming.
