Hotel con piscina a Balok

La nostra famiglia estesa - 32 pacs in totale aveva il nostro giorno di famiglia in questo resort il weekend scorso. Ci siamo stati molto tempo qui! Questo hotel ha un certo numero di piscina che i bambini sicuramente amano. E 'quasi come un mini parco acquatico. L'area dell'hotel è ben mantenuta e pulita. L'hotel ha organizzato giochi di telematch per il nostro gruppo in un campo all'interno del complesso dell'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel che ha organizzato i giochi per noi erano anche carini, amichevoli e divertenti. È stato divertente per noi! L'hotel è un hotel di fronte alla spiaggia, ma purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno, la spiaggia pubblica davanti all'hotel era piuttosto sporca, probabilmente a causa delle piogge e delle piogge. Poiché siamo ancora sotto controllo di movimento a causa del Covid19, ci sono SOP che dobbiamo seguire, ma non un problema per noi. Per i pasti, l'hotel organizza il banchetto in una stanza privata per noi. È stato molto bello e ha fatto molto distinzione per noi.Abbiamo cenato con BBQ e siamo riusciti a avere il nostro show di talento, perché la stanza è solo per il nostro gruppo. Il cibo ci ha servito stile buffet e è stato delizioso! L'hotel è un vecchio hotel, ma credo che sia stato recentemente ristrutturato. La stanza è spaziosa e molto pulita. Ma il bagno è piuttosto fondamentale. Attualmente l'hotel offre molto, molto buone tariffe. Raccomando molto questo hotel per un grande gruppo che desidera avere attività di squadra.

It was a very relaxing holiday for my family despite us travelling in a big crowd of 3 families. Stayed in one of the chalets. PROS: 1) enjoyed what nature could offer. The plants, tress, beach was such a relaxing, de-stressing sight. 2) service - very good i would say. They would respond immediately on the request of food or beverages. Upon checking in the chalet, was given glasses of welcoming drink. 3) chalet - love the concept of ”kampung” chalet. The whole structure is made of wood, which i felt was quite sturdy and didnt make much of funny noises when walked upon in the living room and hall. 4) swimming pool - as we had stayed in the chalet, there is a private pool next to to it. Water was prescient, with minimal to no insects seen. The common swimming pools on the other hand, they were fabulous. There is the kid's pool and the adult pool, which was kept very clean and my kids enjoyed tremendously playing in it. Cons: 1) being next to nature, you cannot avoid the annoying mosquitoes feeding on you. - best to have apply some mosquito repellent patch especially during the evenings. 2) food at the cafeteria however was quite a big let down in my honest opinion. Food options are not quite to my expectation. The plates and cutleries were dirty with visible stains. 3) the wooden stairs leading up to the chalet needs a major upgrade. It looks like it will give way anytime soon. We were really concerned as in our crowd, my aunty was walking with a walking stick. 4) not many options of food stalls except for a few local Malay restaurants down the road. 5) there are two rooms in a chalet. Unfortunately these rooms are separated and one needs to pass through a door to exit and another door to enter the room. Family with young children would not benefit staying in such design. Overall, i would give this place a 7/10.

My colleagues and I went to EryabySuria over the weekend for a business trip. From the exterior I can say that the hotel has been around for sometime. The check-in was a breeze. My room (G9), was clean and modestly well kept. ROOM: Like mentioned before it was modest, furnitures were dated but still functional. The bathroom was ok, if I can say so. MEETING ROOM: It was ok. Although as a note for the future, the hotel should have a label for each meeting groups for the coffee breaks. Our coffee breaks table was set up outside the meeting room without any labelling or signs. The hotel's guest ended up assuming the food was prepared by the hotel as a complimentary. We ended up not having enough food for us. The air-conditioning in the meeting room (Cengkih) can be improved. It was not as cold as we expected it. Perhaps a little bit of maintenance would do the trick. COFFEE HOUSE: It was simple and clean. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Although the management should consider of adding a few more tables so there would be enough seats for the hotel's guests, especially during breakfast. The food spread was just 'ok'. SWIMMING POOL: It was clean and decently sized. Although if I may suggest the management could add pool chairs and tables for the guests. OVERALL: I have high hopes for the hotel. Moving forward, the hotel should begin upgrading the hotel's exterior and facilities. With new hotels and airbnbs opening around the area, the hotel should be amongst the frontrunners to be the choice of tourists and visitors. I wish the hotel all the best for the future and hope this review helps.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royale Chulan Cherating Villa, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff and services at this resort exceeded my expectations! Without a doubt one of the best resorts in Malaysia and if you're ever in Cherating, THIS is the place to stay! First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. Their warm welcome and genuine hospitality made me feel like a VIP guest. Whether it was the front desk staff, the buggy drivers, the housekeeping team or even the F&B staff, everyone was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and for that, I am truly grateful. Kudos to Rizam for introducing us this hidden gem. The dining experience at the resort was exceptional as well. The Ocean restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, catering to various tastes and preferences during my breakfast and dinner. I was particularly impressed with the chef's culinary skills and the waitstaff's impeccable service. Shoutout to Mahdi and Nizar in building a strong service team. Each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, and the dining experience added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. However, while the staff and services were outstanding, there is room for improvement when it comes to the resort's facilities. Although the property is well-maintained, some areas appear a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I was told that they have very limited budget provided by the management and the improvement process is quite slow. They don't even have a gym or a large banquet hall which I understand is a requirement for a 5 star resort. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use a modern touch to match the high level of service provided by the staff. Additionally, the pool area, though enjoyable, would be even more appealing with updated loungers and a fresh coat of paint. These are my two cents which I hope the management would consider to do as soon as possible in order to maintain this amazing place and their regular guests. Despite these minor facilities-related issues, I wouldn't hesitate to return. The exemplary staff and top-notch service is more than enough to compensate for any facility shortcomings. In fact, I look forward to seeing how the resort evolves in the future, as I believe that with some upgrades, it has the potential to become an even more remarkable tourist attraction. I truly hope the management takes care of it's staff by giving rewards or incentives as I can see they worked really hard to maintain this resort's standards. Prima di arrivare, ho letto tutti i commenti e ho avuto paura che le aspettative fossero state ridotte molto, quindi dopo arrivare, sono tutte sorprese. La stanza è vecchia per essere accettata, perché sono fondamentalmente fuori, il miniclub è molto attiva, i bambini sono molto emozionati a correre ogni giorno. Guardando i commenti, prestare particolare attenzione all'osservazione. Il club dei bambini è in parte trattato con alcune differenze, ma pensando che di solito cadono in pochi gruppi, I bambini non si sentono solo freddi.Come non ha detto il cibo, mi sento bene.L'attività acquatica e il consiglio di salsa hanno chiarito i requisiti in anticipo. Anche quando sono scappati qualche chilo non sono conformi ai requisiti.Alla fine non c'è tempo per giocare.Si dice che l'anno debba essere riqualificato, e poi c'è la possibilità di due chilometri.

The first experience before has made me so excited to come here again. Everything remains tidy and clean around the resort. Friendly front desk, employees who helped us well. However, we are quite disappointed due to the condition of the room, which: 1. black moss in the bathroom that is not cleaned perfectly. The type of door is so difficult to get in and out (need to change another type). 2. The bed provided looks lopsided and seems almost broken. Very uncomfortable to sleep. 3. There is no closed path for the villa section provided. It's a bit difficult because it's raining and with small children. Please make sure the quality of the room is taken care of because the atmosphere here is very beautiful and peaceful. This comment is for improvement from a family that loves cleanliness and comfort.
