Hotel in zona Seminyak, Bali

From the moment I arrived, Potato Head Bali exceeded every expectation I had. The eco-conscious design of the resort is stunning, blending luxury with a deep respect for the environment. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay From breakfast to dinner time were amazing. Sunset view was magical and they have great DJ as well.

Villa location is good , lots of shops and restaurants and spa nearby.  Room is spacious but has problem with the in-room jacuzzi.  Lots of dirts and debris came out from the water .  Engineers came 4 times but were not able to fix it, said it’s the problem with the pump, ended up we could not use the jacuzzi, hence the price we paid didn’t justify it.  Villa was very inflexible and refused to offer any room rate reduction.  With this price and no jacuzzi, I am sure there’s somewhere better.  Will not return next time.

Book a 2-night stay at Villa Fenosa for our anniversary. I requested a little surprise for the occasion, and I can say they did a great job. They offered us welcome drinks and fruits. I requested a floating breakfast, and they charged me an additional IDR 150,000 for it for 1 time only. The room was very spacious and clean, except for the foul smell when we opened the bathroom door. Maybe it was due to the open-concept design and the plants are everywhere. I was expecting the room to be similar to the listing tho, but it was okay. Overall, the stay was good.

Outstanding 11 out of 10 experience in this sensational hotel. Truly world-class service and facilities. When choosing to stay at this hotel it will be everything you expect plus so much more! From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. We will be back with our business team to enjoy every moment together. Our experience needs to be shared with others! Thank you W Bali - we were made to feel so special in every possible way. Amazing hospitality and service! It was one month past our wedding anniversary but they managed to still make it a special one 💗 Thank you to Ms Daisy and all the friendly front desk associates for putting in so much effort in ensuring we are always comfortable throughout our stay. Location was alright, Seminyak’s traffic is just really bad and it will never change. Beach was not accessible as there are construction work going on. Needed to grabbike all the way to double six beach to get closer to the waves.

La sua competenza e cortesia sono stati impressionanti e ha un credito all'hotel. Anche Adhi era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa. Mi dispiace lasciare questo meraviglioso hotel, ma sempre apprezzerò i ricordi.Se stai cercando un soggiorno di top-notch, non guardare oltre i Four Points! I travel a lot, and in every city I visit, I have my own little hotel — a cozy and reliable place where I know I can relax and feel at home. I found this hotel a year ago, and now, coming back after some time, I’m really happy to see that everything is still just as good. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly — always smiling and welcoming. It’s quiet here, no noisy construction outside, and I know the neighbors will always be respectful. For me, this place has become that special spot where I can unwind, get a good night’s sleep, and recharge. I’m really glad I found it

연식이 오래됬다고 하는데 그만큼 클래식하고 숙련된 서비스를 느낄수있어서 좋았어요.. 비용이 저렴하다고 느껴질정도로 예뻤고 퀄리티가 좋은 호텔입니다 인테리어는 물론 해도 잘들어오고 조경도 예뻐서 인스타 감성사진 무조건 건질수있어요!! 직원들은 모두 친절했고 투숙객들도 매너들이 좋은분들만 있어서 편히 쉴 수 있었어요 그리고 조식은 기본이 잘 갖춰져있고 맛도 좋았습니다 런치때 먹었던 햄버거도 맛있었습니다 다만, 샤워부스의 배수가 잘 안내려가고 화장실 하수쪽에서 안좋은 냄새가 좀 났어요 어메니티 퀄리티도 호텔 이미지에 비해 좀 아쉬웠습니다 근처에 멕시콜라 파티소리에 밤에 시끄럽다는 말이 많던데 예민하지 않는이상 엄청 거슬리는 정도는 아니었어요 그래도 예민한편이라면 이어플러그 챙겨가시길!

East Wing is certainly not ”budget” the room was large with alot of toiletries - shaking kit, comb, brush, bath salt for the tub, loofah, mouthwash, toothbrush, toothpaste, full bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, slippers robes, minibar, fruits , full size bags of snacks, water bottles, hot water kettle, tea The TV had HBO and other English movie channels and sports options The Bed the bed was a vacation all by itself! absolutely glorious! The curtains were truly room darkening curtains allowing you to truly get a good nights sleep. The curved bathtub was also a nice size the balcony was a nice size, and most importantly private with no views of other units. Balcony had thick high quality wood chairs and tables East Wing has its own pool. Guests in the East Wing have access to everything in the main building. The main pool is nice, breakfast buffet was decent. There were staples on a daily basis with some new things introduced each day. The food at poolside is ample and room service was also delicious. Obviously for a 5 star restaurant , prices will be higher than local restaurants but it didn't feel outrageously high. However I didn't partake in the themed nights as THOSE prices were a bit out of budget for me. Alothough the hotel has its own currency exchange, the one across the street offers a much better deal! The main building is truly a resort in the middle of a local neighborhood with beautiful landscaping, extensive amount of trees and stone paths, verandas, koi ponds, multiple restaurants, multiple pools, a gym, a spa, villa options, themed nights, infinity pool view is quite nice, the wedding chapel view is breath taking! I loved that their Christmas decor was classy and beachy and not over the top Christmas junk. The only unfortunate thing for Seminyak is the beach water is not clear and it isn't the best beach I've ever seen. The hotel is not a far from Seminyak square where there are other restaurants and the over rated Motel Mexicola within walking distance. There are also mini marts in either direction. Grab food also delivers. Hospitality is fabulous and on par here! The constant greetings just as you walk past staff. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I really enjoyed my 3 night-stay here. Location is great, it's not on the most crowded part of Seminyak so you can still 'breathe' a bit, but it's walking distance to restaurants and shops still. Staff is super friendly, helpful, and efficient. The property is really clean. Absolutely worth the price.
