Hotel in zona Legian, Bali

L'hotel è stato completamente ristrutturato. I mobili sono nuovi, ma alcune delle cose sono vecchie, ad esempio, il frigorifero (molto sporco). Wi-Fi è debole. il personale è molto amichevole. un ottimo colazione per 80.000 rupie.

Pretty small room & a pretty moist (I guess because of shower cabin in the room) I had a room on floor #2 and it was noisy (from lobby & restaurant) I guess it is okay for 1 or 2 nights, but not for longer. Breakfasts are either buffet (cannot say was very tasty, but ok) or you choose 1 out of 4 options (see pic.) + tea & coffee unlimited.

Questo hotel è stato grande ...grande posizione che è vicino alla spiaggia di Kuta e molti ristoranti ...Questo hotel ha anche una bella piscina fredda che si chiude alle 9 pm. Le camere sono pulite e belle e la AC e Internet funzionano. Le uniche due cose minori che non mi piacevano sono il pollo o il grilletto al mattino e il fatto che hanno solo un tipo di plug. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole.

La camera ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo ed è pulita e moderna. Potrebbe essere necessario riparare l'aria condizionata in quanto non fa freddo. Avrebbero potuto essere forniti shampoo e sapone liquidi.

My family and I having been starting a the Sun Hotel in Legian, for years we always get a deluxe pool room The rooms are always very clean and the staff is very friendly The hotel is located in a easy spot to all restaurants, shopping and close to beach The breakfast caters for all there is a buffet type also you can order bacon , eggs any style The manger Mr Wayan Soma can also arrange transport to different parts of the Bali We went to the north ( Kubu) snorkeling on a ship wreck straight off the beach , stayed one night ask Mr Soman for the driver Komang he lives in a village there and knows the area Many thanks to the Sun Alan Keith

This hotel was so relaxing and nice on our 6-day stay. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive, courteous, and professional. The restaurant has many delicious options at reasonable prices. The pool has a swim-up bar and we even ate lunch in the pool a few days! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The common areas are modern and clean. I highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

La nonna di Jln Camplung Tundak è la mia seconda casa quando a Seminyak. La stanza è piccola, molto piccola ma abbastanza per un viaggiatore solo o con un amico a prezzi accessibili a ciascuno di essi. Il personale è super amichevole, molto pulito, il ristorante ha delizioso cibo, musica dal vivo. L'unico negativo è che il frigorifero non ha funzionato. 200 metri dalla spiaggia con il La Plancha Restaurant. Finché il prezzo non aumenterà, la nonna sarà sempre la mia ”casa lontana da casa”. After reading reviews we were excited to stay at the Boss Legian for 3 nights. Upon arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is good with plenty of food, drink and shops around and not too far to double 6 beach. Our room was very dingy, dark, run down and dirty. Nothing like the pictures. I am confused as to the glowing reviews on here, as this hotel was nowhere near 4.5/5 in our opinion... and we're not that fussy. It makes me suspicious of some false reviews?? The whole room needed a good coat of paint. The mattresses and mattress covers were filthy, as were the pillows. The sheets on top seemed clean. There were ants in our room and both bathrooms were dirty. The balcony door wouldn't lock and the balcony was pointless, no room to sit down and overlooking a mucky internal courtyard. People coming down the stairs or out of the lift could see right into our room, a very strange set up. We had to keep the curtain drawn and so the room was even darker. The towels were fine. The complimentary shower gel smelled like urine. Our aircon leaked so we had to keep switching off for hours at a time. There was a kettle, tea/coffee and complimentary water, but no fridge. We thought to reserve full judgement until we sampled breakfast. Breakfast was also very poor. The first day we didn't know eggs could be ordered as no one was in the kitchen or told us. The food was really bad quality and not a very small selection. Again, we are not that fussy and can usually find something we like. Then to add to the poor breakfast, on the second day I saw a mouse in the kitchen... very off-putting! We skipped breakfast after that. The rooftop pool area was quite nice with a small separate kiddy pool and good view. Most of the sun loungers were damaged. The daybeds were nice but didn't offer full relief from the sun. We couldn't stay long as it was too hot and not enough shade... travelling with 2 small children. Pool towels were nice and fluffy. It is such a shame as the staff are all so lovely. It was probably really nice when new but the hotel has been left to become very run down and dirty. We could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer where we have stayed previously for not much more £, so I wouldn't accept the 'you get what you pay for' excuse. We just wanted to try somewhere new but regretted it. The hotel needs a total revamp with new paint, new bedding, better breakfast and better cleaning before we would ever consider recommending to anyone else.

Firstly, let me start by saying the staff at New Garden View Resort were excellent as I have found everywhere I have stayed. I had a booking for a Superior Double room but unfortunately on arrival only twin single beds were available. Before I could say, just joint the 2 singles together (which I have happily done in the past), I was offered an upgrade to a Superior Cottage room. I thought this is nice and accepted. I found however this cottage to be a bit old. A couple of the issues being the shower over a bath with poor water pressure and toilet not flushing properly. A third issue was that the walls were quite thin and I was woken a couple of times during the night by other guests in adjoining cottages having their TV blaring, and talking loudly. Otherwise, the large double bed was comfortable and the aircon worked fine. As to the facilities, the restaurant and breakfast were great and the two pools and pool bars were good. A detraction from the rooftop pool, Session’s bar & Brellas, was there was very little shade and a proper roof over the pool bar is definitely required. I felt sorry for the fantastic staff that had to work in the heat with no shade for hours on end. Now to a controversial comment. Being located next door to the Y Sports Bar should have been a subtle hint to me, but I thought I would try somewhere new. I found many of the other guests (Not all!) to be a bit bogan (maybe a lot) which prevented me from being able to enjoy the pool facilities due to their drunken, boisterous nature. If this is your thing then it's the place for you, and obviously the Hotel has no control over who makes a booking. Maybe I came at the wrong time, but unfortunately this experience alone has put me off wanting to stay here again.
