Siamo stati per 3 notti a metà aprile 2023. Nostra figlia ha 3 anni. Tutti noi ci sentiamo riposati a stare qui. Grande piscina. Accanto alla spiaggia. Ottima colazione. Camera pulita. Il servizio in camera è giornaliero. Consigliato. E verremo di nuovo.

Ottimo hotel, personale cordiale e disponibile, alcune strutture alberghiere come scivoli per bambini attualmente in costruzione, il grosso problema era un forte odore di sporco nella toilette e non può scomparire.

L'hotel è il resort a 5 stelle più economico che potrai trovare a Sanur. Le strutture in generale sono molto buone ma un po' datate e in questo momento sono in corso alcuni lavori di manutenzione e ristrutturazione, come ad esempio la piscina per bambini. Non è un resort lussuoso ma molto comodo per le vacanze in famiglia.

Il dispositivo della stanza era estremamente buono, mai voluto per nulla visto per ogni nostra esigenza, niente era di troppo disturbo, tutto sommato li consiglierei

Mi piace questo hotel ed è la mia seconda volta che rimango qui, ma sono un po 'deluso perché devo aspettare fino alle 16:00 per avere la mia stanza. Non so perché, forse perché molti ospiti hanno effettuato il check-out posticipato. Anche il personale della reception è molto gentile e ha chiesto scusa ma devo ancora farlo. aspetta 🥲

Il servizio era buono, ma la camera era un po' vecchia, anche i mobili erano vecchi e il letto a molle sembrava rotto, ci godevamo la colazione a buffet e la piscina era molto pulita.

L'hotel Prama era un posto perfetto per quello di cui avevo bisogno per rilassarmi nei miei due brevi giorni a Bali. Ci tornerò sicuramente per esplorare un po' di più in futuro. Grazie mille per un soggiorno meraviglioso.

La spiaggia di Prama Sanur era eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camera pulita e ben arredata e personale cordiale e disponibile. Poiché il resort è stato riaperto di recente da Covid, ci sono ancora alcune ali e ristoranti non aperti. Il Bamboo Beach e il ristorante per la colazione sono buoni ea prezzi ragionevoli per un hotel. I giardinieri, gli operai e il personale stanno tutti facendo un ottimo lavoro preparando il resort per l'afflusso di molti altri viaggiatori provenienti da tutto il mondo. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Il nostro cameriere Oka merita una menzione speciale per il suo entusiasmo e la sua adorabile personalità

Nice hotel, not so modern but it has everything we need and it's right on the beach front.Tge staff members very accomodating.

A lovely experience at the Sanur Parma. Although an older hotel it is clean and the facilities were great. But for us, it was the wonderful welcoming,hard working staff that made our trip. Nothing was too much trouble, every interaction accompanied by a greeting and a smile. We would love to come back.

Prana Sanur Beach Bali - A 5-star hotel whose 5 stars are barely batting an eyelid. The sumptuousness of this hotel is still preserved in the lobby area and around the hotel, through the beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens. Otherwise the rooms are in need of a capital renovation, especially the bathrooms and interior hallways. Through the central air conditioning circuit there is a damp/musty smell which someone had the 'genius' idea of masking with a Glade stuck to the ventilation grille. The beach leaves a lot to be desired, lots of unclean seaweed and rubbish. The pools give the impression of a public swimming pool. The mid-breakfast not only includes Balinese coffee, an espresso is charged separately, 25K++. Absurd, again you can see the lack of five star concept. This is a hotel where especially on weekends a lot of co-nationals come, which at this level maxes out at 3*+.

Poor communication, was told 1 hr for the room to be ready, 2 and half hrs later still no room. Spent almost 500000 IDR at the bar while waiting, they kept saying room will he ready soon. No real attempt to compensate for it. 1 drink removed from the bill. But actually wasn't. The bar called my room saying I needed to sign for it, I spoke to reception about it, reception snapped at me and said it had been done. At dinner that night, that drink was added on to my bill. They said reception had not told them anything about it. Very embarrassing...finally resolved. The bed sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases were dirty and stained. Asked twice for them to be changed before they finally were. Asked for handsoap, it never arrived. Requested for the towels to be changed the next day but only the dirty ones were taken and none were replaced. Had to get soap, shower gel and towels from house keeping myself. The beach on what they call their private beach is very dirty. No attempt to keep it clean of rubbish that has washed up with the tide. Resort itself is ok, the restaurant options aren't the best but ok if only there for a short stay...not a great end to my trip. I was offered free transport to the airport which they claimed to be worth 450000 but grab only charge 850000 so not the greatest of gestures considering the stay was disappointing, especially the way the front of house reception team handled it all, and bearing in mind how much you actually spend on the resort with their over the top prices, tax and service charge added at the end....bar and restaurant staff were amazing however. Didn't have enough time to use the other facilities. Breakfast was edible, coffee was poor. But this seems to he the case in all hotels/resorts/homestay in Bali. If you want an espresso, cappuccino, latte or anything else you have to pay extra. At breakfast you only get the basic weak coffee.
