Mi sono divertita tantissimo a Ubud, Bali, dove sono arrivata per un viaggio prenatale. Ho soggiornato nella camera con vista giardino (piscina) e tutti erano cordiali e il servizio era buono. Dato che è un luogo ecologico, devi essere indulgente nei confronti di insetti e formiche. Ho incontrato lucertole e lumache vicino alla piscina. Ho incontrato formiche molto piccole nel bagno, ma non è stato un grosso inconveniente. Piuttosto, la doccia era un po' scomoda. Non c'erano tende da doccia o pareti divisorie in vetro nella vasca, quindi immagino che dovessero sedersi per fare la doccia, ma la fila era breve, quindi gli adulti dovevano alzarsi. Era scomodo da lavare e il rubinetto dell'acqua calda era così caldo che rimanevo scioccato ogni volta che lo toccavo. Vorrei che questo potesse essere migliorato un po'.

Per questo livello dell'hotel ci hanno dato solo due piccole bottiglie d'acqua ed è necessario avere anche un menù di cuscini. Quelli che sono sono molto scomodi. La guardia di sicurezza all'ingresso era molto arrabbiata e parlava in modo sgarbato. La colazione è normale: uova strapazzate, verdura e frutta. L'attesa per il caffè della colazione è durata più di 15 minuti, il che è inaccettabile. Generalmente non vale i soldi. La stanza è bellissima.

Most importantly, the service is top notch with staff who are carrying a smile always, very attentive to our needs even in the most unexpected situations. The hotel is really beautiful and nicely maintain, the bed is very comfortable and I wish I could have stay for more nights.

A perfect vacation location. Clean, very nice vibes. Staff are very helpful and polite. They even fumigate. Place looks well maintained. Went for complimentary yoga class. The culinary class was also fun.
