Staff were lovely! All round great experience. Easy scooter hire too.

Lovely place for a chilled out holiday. Everything in Uluwatu you wanted to see was about a 20 minute taxi ride away. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned via WhatsApp, otherwise you’re left alone to relax.

The location is good in center of Bukit. Possible to reach shortly all major touristic destinations. It’s silent as 2 min away from main road. Loads of restaurants nearby. The big villa is nice for vacation. We loved walls made as full windows. Nice pool and amenities. Quick internet. Bath.

凌晨回到酒店，被單一開打，這些蟲*和排泄物就在床單上，超級噁心！！聯繫服務員，提出換床單加退換一半的房費，被管理者拒絕退一半房費，但是！你們酒店沒有熱水！浴缸骯臟有黃色污漬，管理人員態度超級不好!因為我們凌晨回到酒店很累了，不想在夜晚解決事情，我們提出換床單，第二天解決。服務人員換了兩次床單，都有排泄物！我們入住凌晨4點多，衹睡了5個多小時，床上還一直都有排泄物!結果第二天管理人直接趕我們旅客離開酒店！不解決問題！説昨天晚上已經解決好了！還想毆打我們！這個東西不是蟲*，是房頂的自然物質！但是！床上有蚊帳能遮擋，而且蟲*或者排泄物在被子裏面！真的讓我們很噁心，不管是管理者的解決態度還是環境，都令人噁心！！！I returned to the hotel in the early morning and was singlely beaten. These eggs and excrement were on the sheets. It was super disgusting!! Contact the waiter and propose to change the sheet and refund half of the room fee, but the manager refused to refund half of the room fee, but! There is no hot water in your hotel! The bathtub is dirty with yellow stains, and the manager's attitude is super bad! Because we were very tired when we returned to the hotel in the early morning and didn't want to solve the problem at night, we proposed to change the sheets and solve it the next day. The service staff changed the sheets twice, and there was excrement! We checked in after 4 a.m. and only slept for more than 5 hours, and there was always excrement in the bed! As a result, the manager directly drove our passengers out of the hotel the next day! Don't solve the problem! He said it was solved last night! He also wants to beat us! This thing is not an insect egg, but a natural substance on the roof! But! There is a mosquito net on the bed to cover, and the eggs or excrement are in the quilt! It really makes us disgusting. Whether it's the manager's attitude or the environment, it's disgusting!!

Замечательное место, прекрасный дружелюбный персонал. Брали виллу среднюю, захотели такой же дом себе. Бассейн, обеденная зона, всё очень здорово!

Хорошему отель, за бешено можно снять большую виллу , но они достаточно старые. И в один из дней мне просто не принесли завтрак.

The place looks much worse than pictured. Pool, bedsheets and shirm were dirty and stained upon arrival. Every morning I was woken up as early as 5 AM by loud noise. The staff was very slow to respond to the breakfast order and most messages.

The place was filthy, falsely advertised as daily cleaning, no cleaners come unless you ask and your expected to ask every day then you have to tell the cleaners what to do because they literally have no idea. Toilet got cleaned once during a weeks stay only because we asked them to do it, we even had to ask cleaners to empty rubbish because they dont do it unless you ask, cobwebs with eggs all the way up the wall we had to ask them to remove it because it was right near our luggage. We had to wear shoes the whole time because the floors were vile and cruchy under our feet. Bedding was stained, cats rummaged through our full bins every night which we had to clean up. The gardens and pool were not attended to in the week we stayed, pool is to freezing to swim in. Termites ate the beautiful wooden furniture leaving wood filings all over the floors. The bath looks amazing but can only be filled 1/3rd as there isnt enough hot water, so can only be used by young children. The shower was unusable, it just sprayed eveywhere accept on you. The front door to the villa couldnt be locked so everything was not secure. The walk to anywhere to eat or get groceries was extremly dangerous, very dark at night with big holes, do not let elderly or children do this walk at night. We almost left after one night but had already paid. They set you up with whattsapp but dont respond to any messages, we always waited over an hour after sending messages then had to ring them to tell them we sent them a message. When i reviewed them badly on the booking website they responded negatively by saying i complained, really? I see many people said the same as me, why not respond by cleaning your villas properly. The good things Tedy at reception was lovely, the place has nice ambience and lighting in the outside living area. Staff came when our aircon and internet stopped working. They let me borrow a saucepan and some bowls from the kitchen which was very kind. The place has so much potential if they just cleaned it properly, i feel sorry for the owners and wonder if they know their villas are not being looked after at all.

Great service, comfy beds, great atmosphere central location to pretty much any beach if your driving around on a moped. Highly recommend. Terimah kasih!!

The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked through reception. For the positives, the beds were very comfortable, the TV had Netflix, and the design of the villas was interesting. Great for kids to play hide and seek or racing. The location was very convenient. It was only a 20 minute drive through GoJek to Uluwatu and a quick 5-10 minute walk to the main street. There is also a waterpark nearby that was cheap which was great to spend an afternoon at. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to stay at if you are comfortable with having no additional luxuries. I suspect that the affects from COVID are still being felt by the management of this hotel and I hope that eventually the it can reach it's full potenital.
