Ho soggiornato qui dopo un viaggio di 8 giorni intorno alle isole per riposarmi un po'. Ma devo dire che avrei voluto restare più a lungo, per approfittare delle immersioni. La sistemazione era fantastica, un po' datata ma pulita e molto confortevole. Il letto era fantastico. Il ristorante aveva un'eccellente selezione di cibo sia balinese che occidentale. La pizza era ottima. La colazione era inclusa nella camera e non sono rimasto deluso da una delle migliori omelette che ho mangiato a Bali. C'era un delizioso giardinetto sul retro dove puoi semplicemente rilassarti con un libro e una birra. Per non parlare del fatto che è proprio sulla spiaggia e ha una bella vista del tramonto. Tutti i subacquei con cui ho parlato hanno detto che si sono divertiti moltissimo durante le escursioni, il che mi ha reso un po' geloso, dovrò sicuramente tornare qui prima o poi. Conveniente e comodo, non puoi sbagliare.

L'ambiente è molto buono, vicino al mare, molti stranieri

Il mare è proprio di fronte all'alloggio, e c'è anche una piccola ma piccola piscina. Questo è un posto molto adatto in cui soggiornare per un giorno prima di entrare a Gili~~

Albergo ottimo per la posizione sul porto. Stanze dignitose. Letto comodi. Pulizia buona. Colazione buona. Unico neo la luce sempre accesa che entra in camera perché senza scuri su alcune finestrelle e il rumore dello sfogo della piscina che può dare noia a chi ha il sonno leggero. Ottimo per chi è in transito per le isole Gili

Le camere in realtà sono ok, ma dopo averne assegnata una con un bagno non funzionante, siamo passati alla stanza accanto. Quella stanza aveva una doccia che non funzionava e l'aria condizionata non poteva spegnersi, quindi siamo rimasti congelati tutta la notte. Ci avevano promesso che la piscina era adatta per nuotare finché non saremmo andati a fare una nuotata dopo il check-out, ci hanno avvertito che la stavano pulendo con prodotti chimici che rendevano pericoloso nuotare. Quando abbiamo confrontato il personale su tutti i problemi, ce lo hanno detto è stata colpa nostra se non glielo abbiamo detto e siamo diventati molto aggressivi al punto che hanno cercato di togliermi la borsa dalle mani perché stavamo pensando di pagare di meno, perché non abbiamo ottenuto quasi nulla di ciò che ci era stato promesso. Tutti i problemi erano colpa nostra e loro ci urlavano contro, ci spingevano e minacciavano di chiamare la polizia se non avessimo pagato immediatamente l'intero importo. NON SUPPORTARE QUESTE PERSONE.

Service was very good, all inclusive dive courses, food was very nice too. Took the beginner course and diving instructor (Aswar) was very attentive !

Padang Bai is definitely an underrated scuba diving destination. The macro spots are exceptional on all of the sites, but especially the Jetty. There are areas of very nice corals, beautiful walls, lots of turtles and very high possibilities of seeing white tipped sharks . Add in a trip across to Nusa Penida and you will have an excellent week diving at very reasonable prices, all just 90 minutes from an international airport. We really enjoyed staying in an authentic Balinese town with some great restaurants and a beautiful temple. Absolute Scuba is a gem, we have been coming her for several years and it is a joy to see improvements, all the while keeping the menu things that it is really great at. The rooms have been freshened up with new decor and the food, including those wonderful pancakes for breakfast, as good as ever. Again we had an exceptional experience diving with absolutely wonderful spots. Absolute has that wonderful friendly vibe that divers enjoy so much. The guides and the boat captain and the rest of the crew are all so lovely and friendly and kind. Wisnu took amazing care of us again, with lovely long relaxing dives. We missed a trip to Nusa Penida while we were there, but Michael very kindly arranged for us to do it from Amed on our last week in Bali. We had a private half an hour with constant manta action at the cleaning station. Looking forward to revisiting before too long !

Just got back from our month-long stay at the Absolute. Can't say enough about the hotel and the staff that keeps it all running smooth. Free breakfast, awesome! Diving, top notch! Food (pizza) and the pool, all great! If you're looking for a great hotel in padagbai, don't waste you're time, book the Absolute!! Good luck to managers Julian and Michael with your new adventures!

A great hotel to stay at whilst diving in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. It has a dive charter attached to it. Has a swimming pool that doubles as a training pool for beginner basic open water divers. Staff are friendly including the manager who is approachable and interested in making sure your stay is as best as possible.

Quiet hotel and town with very nice staff, beautiful views, and a clean room and restaurant. We had the place to ourselves with an ocean view, air conditioning, and a great bar tender. Very close to the ferries and good snorkeling.

Snorkling trip from here is lovely. Blue lagoon not as clean as further along the coast. Lots of plastic floating in the sea. The fish are amazing, love a bit of bread. Take a drink as the sea is very salty. Private hire boats are great with your own captain.

Very close to the port to get to the Gilli island, staff very friendly, room was clean and beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast included. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Would stay here again if going over to the islands

Amazing location for scuba diving! They took care of everything for us and their staff was amazing! If you are a diver, this is the place to be. Food was great- you need to try the pizza. Best massages as well!
