You get what you pay for in Bali...and if you're getting this place for about 30 or 40 bucks a night, it's well worth it. A hotel that was probably brilliant back in the day when it cared about itself. Today, the gym festers; once-filled bottles of spirits gather dust on the shelves of the now defunct pool bar; the restaurant sighs a heavy groan of defeat; old stained towels abound and nobody seems to care. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool is small but deep and perfectly adequate to lounge around. Rooms are clean and serviced daily, but placcy dirty pedal bins, peeling paint, dirty grouting, rusty shower heads, and a toilet with a sporadic post-flush runny nose (that they try each day to fix without success) reinforce the overall impression of "run-downness". It's bang in the thick of the action up that end of Seminyakyakyak!and yet when you walk in from the bustle, you arrive in a peaceful setting far from the maddening crowds. Someone should grab it by the scruff of the neck and make it great again. It wouldn't take much...

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It was a good value for the money. Had some issues with bathroom but they quickly solved problems which was good. Location is great for Seminyak but if you will travel touristic places such as Ubud, Uluwatu, Safari, the traffic will be challenging. Pool area is great and they provide towel there.

Have stayed at this place 18 months ago and it has gone downhill a lot since then. The photos shown are years old and it is very run down except for the gardens. There are now people living there permanently and they all seem to have a dog. We had booked a family room and in the next room people were permanents and there was rubbish all over their balcony. My room had lollies on the bathroom floor when I moved in and even though I pointed them out to the staff they were still there when I left. Cleaning very haphazard.

This is a great budget property in the heart of Seminyak Bali. Sure you could stay at the W for $600 but here a room is $30 and you will only use it to sleep. Great staff and lush grounds. So if your looking for a good value this is it.

Great service. I stayed for 5 months in the hotel. The place is quiet, yet centrally located. Good bed, AC works fine, TV includes 5 HBO film channels, shower is good, and every day they clean the sheets 👍🏻. Internet connection is fast, though sometimes connection drops a bit for a minute. Swimming pool is good. Recommended!

Great location, friendly staff. It’s a little tired and WiFi no good in my room, but will stay here again due to location staff and price. The cafe is also fabulous outside of the hotel. Great food wine and WiFi.
