All'arrivo, l'hotel ha detto che il mio nome non era registrato nel loro sistema di prenotazione, anche se avevo già pagato per intero per 4 notti.
Hanno detto che una volta è successo anche a un altro ospite.
Fortunatamente il personale era educatamente dispiaciuto.
Mi è stato chiesto di aspettare circa 1,5 ore nella hall mentre il loro team di marketing veniva e mi offriva un altro hotel con uno sconto minimo.
Il nuovo hotel "WARJI BISMA" è stato offerto a soli 15 minuti di auto.
Ma le condizioni del nuovo hotel sono molto al di sotto delle mie aspettative e della mancanza di cose di base rispetto all'hotel Adi Jaya.
Non c'è nessun asciugamano pronto in bagno.
Il pavimento e il bagno sono sporchi
Ho viaggiato da solo ma sono disponibili solo camere doppie.
La connessione Wifi è oltre orribile. Connessione interrotta ogni 5 min
Il mio ultimo giorno, non c'era acqua per diverse ore
Inoltre, il piccolo rimborso dello sconto che avevo promesso è arrivato in ritardo (dopo il check-out)
Nel complesso sono deluso dal servizio alberghiero di Adi Jaya con Trip.com
l'unica cosa buona è che il personale è gentile e disponibile.

The staff make the place feel like home and I feel safe. Thank you , and the place was nice and quiet. A short distance walk to yoga barn which is why I chose there but most importantly the highlight at this place are the staff they are very friendly, kind and helpful.

Цена-качество идеальны. Недалеко Monkey forest. Забавное местечко. Убуд, как место силы и еще всякой околовсяческой х...и мне не зашел. Ну не зашел... В отеле завтрак скромный, но очень вкусный и делают с душой. Ужинали в Durty duck. Атмосфера и виды достойные, еда на 2,5 из 5. Такое себе... Посещайте до темноты, потом красоты не видно.
Персонал, как и везде, где мы были на Бали, в отеле образец супердружелюбности и гостеприимства. Отель утопает в зелени. Красиво. Чисто джангл.

2성급 치고는 나쁘지 않습니다. 호텔보다는 홈스테이로 보시면 될거 같아요 욕실이 무척 크고 옷장도 넓습니다. 한달 이상 지내실분들에게 나쁘지 않을것같네요. 수영장도 좋습니다. 다만 욕조가 더러워요

Lovely small hotel with beautiful friendly happy staff. Close to heaps of cafes and restaurants. Good size room, comfy firm bed, great aircon and wifi. Quiet and small. Not too many guests so never crowded or noisy. Lovely garden setting up a small alleyway so difficult for cars to drop you at the front door. Some stairs but nothing a reasonable level of mobility wont handle. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Adi Jaya 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Great little yoga studio next door 💖🧘♀️💖

Extremely nice and helpful staff! Good restaurant(price-value ) and perfect breakfast! But all over a renovation is definitely needed! If you expect an “fantastic “ (was the rate when we booked) hotel then you will be totally disappointed! The hotel has everything but they have to renew the rooms and make the pool area nicer too! Again the staff is perfect!!!

when i had my trip to ubud in June this year,i stayed here for four nights,the first three nights at pool view room,the fourth night at jungle view room.this cottages just beside a small jungle.the view is so so,but it is quiet.i love its pool view room,room quite big,TV is good,lot of local channels to choose.i love its small kitchen,though cannot cook,cuz just a fridge inside,but enough for me,cuz i just need a fridge to keep my drinks only.there is a bathtub in the bathroom.for the jungle view room,there is a shower facility,no bathtub and kitchen,but it has a fridge.the pool is big,i did swim in it one afternoon,if have time,should use it frequently.breakfast delicious,lot of options, during the stay,i tried omelette with toast,banana pancake,toast with jam and butter, mie goreng,all come with fruits platter, juice,coffee or tea.so their breakfast is amazing,very generous and portion is huge. staffs friendly and helpful.the location is great,can go to jl hanoman and monkey forest,very convenient. there are lots of eateries just within walking distance.if you ask me,i will stay here again,highly recommended!

The staff at Adi Jaya Cottages were incredibly warm and welcoming. I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice the small pool area was too. It’s within the city, but right next to a small stream so I felt within the jungle and the sights and sounds of wildlife helped the atmosphere. More pros: 15 minute walk to Ubud City Center (Art Market), felt very safe, and the breakfast options were really good. The cons: bed wasn’t as comfortable as a more expensive hotel, and the bathroom is pretty bare. However, this was a great value for the price overall and would be great for someone looking to stay in Ubud on a budget.
