We had a pleasant stay at Bhuwana hotel but it’s a long walk from the main entrance to the rooms.

Het lijkt mijn eerste studentenhuis dan een hotel. Het lokatie is niet loopafstand naar de stad of ergens bekende plaatsen.

조용하고 깨끗해요. 그런데 코로나로 셔틀 이용시간이 줄어 메인도로까지의 거리가 멀어요.

Il posto è stupendo , totalmente immerso nella natura e fuori dal caos di Ubud . Arrivi nel curatissimo giardino e ti sembra di respirare meglio . Fiori di frangipane ovunque. Piscina pulita e curata , ristorante buono sia per cena che per colazione ( alla carta però !) . C’è possibilità di massaggi che non ho fatto. Le stanze sono grosse e molto carine . La pulizia è buona non eccelsa sappiatelo perché non sono pulite di fino ma le cose principali si , asciugamani che odorano di candeggina . Lenzuola e sanitari puliti . In Asia è così , bisogna accettare e discostarsi da certi standard . Staff gentile e disponibile soprattutto con noi che dopo 20 h di volo ci hanno fatto trovare camera pronta alle 11 invece che 14 . Indians & Vegetarian don’t go to this hotel. The rooms are in a pathetic condition & very old. The staff is really rude. The don’t have buffet breakfast. Only 1 item will be served per person per day. They don’t adjust/alter for kids. Rooms don’t have safe/lockers. No hairdryer in rooms. The doors are cracked & lizards enter the rooms through those cracks. No proper person at reception who could handle your problems. You call or go there & you will find a new person every time. Also far from Ubud central. You will need a Can every time (approx 300 INR one way)

Bhuwana at Ubud is a beautiful getaway from city life. The rooms were fairly clean and large. Check in was super smooth. The free wi fi provided was really nice. Food was excellent and the staff were really friendly. The pool was great and well maintained. Overall a must visit place to stay. Thank you very much

Our 5-day/4-night stay was spectacular. They were able to accommodate our 14 pax group without any hiccups. They were able to facilitate our round trip airport transfers smoothly. The hotel offers very comfortable rooms, delicious and affordable food, and a very courteous staff at that. The relaxing setting in the pool area and spa made our stay so great. We’ll definitely visit you again. Keep up the good work!

Excellent , great service amazing room fantastic drinks . Beautiful pool. Spa aera and yoga studio. I highly recommend this hotel. We've only been here for 1 day and it's great . Free shuttel service . I'm so happy I found this on agooda they have been very helpful

Place has good service. But building is a bit derelict. And there is building work going on nearby. The whole hotel looked like a relic of the past. I barely saw another person. The hotel is hidden away. Certainly it could do with some love and affection.

I originally booked for one week, but I extended my stay for 3 more weeks, because it was amazing. It is secluded and away from the main roads, so there is not a lot of street noise like some other hotels, and it makes it so peaceful. I will go back for sure! You can walk up the little road for 5-10 minutes on the left, and you will find some restaurants and even a day club not too far (20-25 min. walk). So, if you want to go to somewhere else and in the center of Ubud, you will need a scooter or a scooter taxi like Grap or GoJek. I felt like I was in a small resort there, everything was so pretty and peaceful. The pool, the pool chairs and the umbrellas were perfect too (and everything was very clean). The service was also amazing. Everyone there was so nice and very helpful. The level of service I experienced was next level. I have a special place in my heart for the ladies who work at the restaurant: Komang ayu, Komang sapitri, Rai and Komang arnadi; their attention to details, their kindness and their level of service were some of the best I ever had. The food at the restaurant was good and affordable. The breakfast was by far the best, all the items I tried were amazing. The best breakfast of all my hotels in Bali in my opinion. The fresh fruits, the egg benedict, the avocado egg toas, everything was just perfect! The room was very clean, but, because you are so close to nature, there are some little ants trying to get into the room and sometimes they succeed. I never had any bug problem in my room, just be aware that in Ubud, in hotels that are in the jungle, you will see some ants, spiders and geckos and sometimes they do get in the room. I want to mention this because it is normal in tropical places to see bugs and somehow, some travelers don’t expect that. For the Internet connection, the Wi-Fi was not the best in my room, but I was able to do some computer work. For video calls, I went to the Outpost Coworking space (5-10 min. Scooter ride).
