Piccolo e grazioso hotel boutique, tuttavia, non soddisfatto della pulizia. Ho trovato un topo che correva nella stanza! Deluso, non prenoterò più

Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare qui perché era il mio trentesimo compleanno e cercavamo un posto di lusso, dove veniamo soddisfatti e con ottimo cibo e bellissime camere pulite. La maggior parte delle recensioni e tutte le foto sembravano fantastiche, ero così entusiasta di essere qui per un compleanno così speciale! Purtroppo sono rimasto estremamente deluso e già all'arrivo le cose non sembravano andare bene. Ho usato il bagno della hall all'arrivo e il lavandino all'interno aveva letteralmente alghe gialle che crescevano all'interno, non credo che il lavandino fosse stato pulito per mesi? Poi siamo saliti sul buggy da golf con tutte le nostre borse e siamo stati portati vicino al nostro nella stanza, alla prima curva l'autista ha sbattuto il buggy contro il muro, e sia le mie ginocchia che quelle del mio partner hanno sbattuto contro le sbarre davanti (il che ha fatto molto male!) e l'autista non si è nemmeno scusato e si è messo a ridere. Entriamo nella stanza e a prima vista sembrava a posto, ma una volta che ci siamo guardati intorno abbiamo notato quanto fosse sporca... il lavandino ancora una volta aveva macchie di sporco e un bordo di sporco attorno al punto in cui si trova l'acqua, il L'iPad era coperto di polvere appiccicosa, la vasca esterna era gialla e molto sporca, così come la doccia esterna e il pavimento non era stato spazzato, le zanzariere erano tutte COPERTE di mosche e sporco attorno alla base che sfiorava il pavimento, i supporti che avevano Gli spazzolini da denti e gli stuzzicadenti gratuiti erano pieni di muffa e lo stuzzicadenti all'interno era disgustoso, la confezione di carta era sporca e non voglio sapere da quanto tempo era lì! Quando siamo andati a letto, la vista sopra era macchie gialle / arancioni che presumo fossero mosche morte. La piscina aveva uno strato di sporco e i lettini non erano puliti. La mia compagna ha parlato con il "direttore" della pulizia del lodge di lusso che è stato estremamente scortese, antipatico e molto poco accomodante, sostenendo che è pulito finché non le ha chiesto di venire alla villa e poi possono parlare, a quel punto lei ha riconosciuto che non era pulito e non era all'altezza degli standard una volta mostrato. Ho ordinato un'insalata Caesar dal menu con un involucro sul lato che aveva un "uovo semifreddo cotto lentamente" e nessun segno nella descrizione di alcun pesce (acciughe) e se fosse stato così avrei chiesto che venissero rimossi come Sono allergico. Mi hanno chiamato per ricontrollare l'ordine e mi hanno chiesto della confezione a cui hanno detto di sì, nessun problema. L'insalata è arrivata con un uovo COMPLETAMENTE CRUDO sopra! Onestamente non potevo crederci 🫠🤢😂 aveva anche le acciughe e senza involucro, così hanno chiamato per confermarmi che era quello che volevo??? Il mio compagno ha scelto i pezzetti di pollo che sapevano di cartone e abbiamo lasciato il resto. Mentre uscivamo per cena, abbiamo spiegato alla reception che era adorabile e abbiamo detto che non era un problema, rimuoveremo dal conto. Si arriva alla fine del nostro soggiorno e al momento del check-out nella hall avevamo alcune spese da pagare per le quali pensavo fosse strano in quanto l'unico oggetto che abbia mai avuto e pagato lì e poi era un tè freddo? Si scopre che questo anziano regista francese molto scortese ha deciso

REMOVE THE LUXURY FROM THE NAME OF THIS PLACE !!!!!! — Kelki Luxury Lodge The lobby toilet was really gross!! 🤢 it was like a mini wild life growing in there. VERY DIRTY!!!! In the golf cart, while going to the room, the driver hit the cart on the turn near our room and we both hit our knees really bad! We never sat on that cart again! The driver didn’t apologise and laughed. We get into the room, the swimming pool was not clean, the bathtub had algae in it and it was really gross!! we couldn’t use any of the facilities on the first day. We called for a cesar salad and they mentioned they don’t have any prawns but we still called for it. When the salad arrived the egg in it wasn’t cooked. And it had anchovies in it and it was no where mentioned on it. So we decided not to eat it as my girlfriend was allergic to it. I called the MANAGER which is an OLD RUDE FRENCH LADY who talked to me on the phone is a very bad tone! I told her to come and talk to me in person. When she arrived she was the most arrogant and rude person I have ever talked to in my life!! I explained to her all the problems I was facing and told her to sit and talk as she was old. After a while I thought she did understand but no she dint and she proved that on the checkout. She told me that there is a policy of no outside alcohol and food but when she came in the room and check by herself there was no such policy given to us. And I had given the staff my champagne and cake to celebrate the birthday and at no point did they tell me it was not allowed and in fact they helped me with everything!!!!!! She just was finding a reason to charge me. It was my girlfriend’s birthday so I called the room cleaning staff the next day and told them to please clean the room again. Still even after that the room was really really dirty. The toothbrush and the toothpick are made of bamboo which is good but it had mould over it, if I used it would definitely been sick! On the check out she charged me for the salad which the waiter clearly told us that he was not going to charge. And on top of that she charged us £25 POUNDS FOR ICE to keep the Champaign cold !!! Seriously, this is the worst service I have every had in my life and would recommend everyone not to go on the pictures, as it is no way close to any ‘Luxury’

The first thing to really note is that this hotel has some of the best staff in the world. They went above and beyond on a daily basis to not only make our stay extremely comfortable but also that our kids felt welcome and safe. Our two kids loved the staff. They also helped us with transport wherever we wanted to go and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very nice but the facilities were quite limited while we were there. No lunch, pool bar closed, no tasting menu's etc It was just coming into season, and we weren't aware that the menu would be as limited as it was, and with young kids we were largely reliant on the hotel for dinner every single night and with the limitations it did get a little repetitive. So again, food was good but it would have been nice to know that it wold be limited upon booking. Room was very nice, pool was excellent and housekeeping were excellent. It's next to rice fields and in the jungle so you have to expect a lot of insects and we had a Gecko in our roof, which we didn't mind at all but I know some people would. So just know that you're booking a hotel in the jungle. The views were absolutely outstanding and all the locals were friendly. We used the hotel to take private tours and we really enjoyed this. It was informative, useful and really helpful for us. Just need to be aware that traffic is really bad so whole day trips will take a long time, the hotel offer full day trips to different parts of Bali and it will take that.

The property was exactly what we were looking for…secluded, quiet and in the middle of the nature. We booked a regular villa and got upgraded to the big villa for half of our stay. Given there are only 5 villas in the whole resort, we always got the feeling it was as just us there which we loved. The breakfast was very very good and the service was amazing for our entire stay.

AMAZING RESORT!!!! Had the best time and service here. We utilized the resort, did a flower bath, and did floating breakfast here. So much fun! The room was fantastic, too! Great service and staff.

I stayed in the Sarasvati villa for 3 nights and we were 4 people: two adults and two children. The villa was enough for us. It was a very nice and quiet place, and the service was excellent. Also the cleanliness was super. The breakfast was very tasty, but the other meals were not as good as the breakfast. The staff is so friendly. They are always smile and make you feel welcomed. However, the lodge is run by a French lady who seems very strict with the staff, and perhaps strict with the guests too! She does not seem to accept the fact that you complain from something! For example, my air conditioner broke down (it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep without an air conditioner) and when I told the reception, this elegant lady met me and told her about the air conditioner and said the engineer would see it tomorrow. There was no apology or any offer for a compensation. She was saying it as it was a problem beyond their control and I have to accept it! Of course, I'll accept it if it's said nicely! Also, the pool fountain was broken too! I told the reception. They came and tried their best to fix it, but they ended up not able to fix it. When I met this elegant lady at the check-out time, she asked me about my experience and I told her about the fountain. Instead of offering me something, she blamed me for not telling her 😀. I didn't know telling reception wasn't enough!

This is the very first time I write a really bad review, bad experience in Ubud, Bali. Firstly, we arrived at the lodge at about 8 P.M., The first impression of this KELIKI LODGE was awesome, there were welcome drinks which tasted really fresh and nice. The room was great, enough space for luggages. The toilet was spacious too. There were 3 beds, 1 kingbed at first floor and 2 single beds at second floor with hammock outside the room. But, there were few things that ruined our holiday (we are a family of 5). Everything was awesome until my 9 years old daughter Evelyn went to the toilet to pee. Once she pushed the flush button, the WC was LEAKING from below through the gap between WC and the floor. It’s disgusting. I made a complaint, then the hotel staffs came trying to fix it for more than an hour, and that was about 10 to 11 P.M. at night, you know what? It’s NEW YEAR’s EVE! The worst holiday in my life to this day! What made it worse was that the staffs and the NEW manager accused me or my daughter as the one who did it, I was TOLD that they had PROVES of what we DID to their property! They said, before we came, everything was okay. Again, they told me, if I write something which is wrong, the owner wants me to pay for the reparation fees. WOW, that’s so MEAN bro and sis! I have sent to the manager the video from Whatsapp of how the installation of the WC was wrong from the beginning, to explain that it was not our fault. But, the respond was not as expected. They did, want to give us compliment with spa and dinner, but the incidents had turned everyting down. It was really not OUR TIME, even to defecate, we had to go to the restaurant’s toilet at night. And………you know what, all eyes were on us, because we only came to use the toilet and gone. Shame on us, this was seriously really inconvenient and bad. I only asked for a refund, but they refused to give what we asked for, not a cent. Then, this is it, I have to write this review, because this REVIEW is NECESSARY for you guys to read. And one more thing, we couldn’t lock the main door from the outside if we were about to go out from the lodge. The key was broken. It was complete NEW YEAR’S EVE DISASTER.

During the spa trea**ent a project was on going so my massage was unfortunately very noisy! But love the villa and the staff!!! Very nice property will go back!
