We had high hopes but were a bit disappointed upon arrival. The service was excellent, and mostly the room was great, but the tub was a huge reason in booking this room, and it was quite expensive. When we arrived the tub had plastic inside and was still wet from the previous night. In addition we ran the water and eventually had to have someone come to fix the tub so it would stay up, and then the water was never able to really get hot. In the end the hotel did offer to give us a complimentary massage (for both of us) to make up for it. However we still hope that they will fix the issues with the tub for future guests. The room and pool were amazing! If you’re a couple looking for a bathtub/jacuzzi experience, we recommend Sini Vie just down the road from here.

We loved our stay. The pool and tub was great. It is 1.5m deep so it was definitely a good depth for us. We had breakfast delivered to our room throughout our stay. Location wise is good as well. Would recommend this hotel.

The villas located close enough to get to most places - Thump up for this aspect. Street access to the Villas is a loamy dirt & gravels, very dirty with rubbish, overgrown bushes & Recycle waste on road sides. The odour is very bad. Big thump down. Villas services and other inhouse factors are great, especially the private pool. Great interior landscape, good room size. I would still give it a 5 star rating, it's because the access road to the Villas is belonging to local government, not the Villas fault.

Astera Villa was absolutely amazing. The service was out of this world. I was well taken care of. The breakfast was amazing. I celebrated my birthday there and they had the most beautiful pool flower decor for me☺️❤️. I highly recommend staying there❤️

Nice place to stay, big room and big pool. Very helpful staff at the reception, always smile when they see us. Location is close to seminyak and other tourist attractions.

The place was superb. Best honeymoon. Its a place away from the bustling night life, definitely for those who wishes to seek peace, serenity.

情侶出行非常適合。好喜歡，早餐是固定選擇送房間的。還送了下午茶。 提供租摩託車服務，非常方便。 很安靜，私密。

整體都很不錯，跟照片上看起來的一樣讓人很舒服的感受，但設備需要適合及熟悉，戶外的泡湯不如期待，推門不是很順暢～
