Very lovely hotel and amazing staff. Clean and very comfortable beds. Myself and my friend really enjoyed our time at the Capital hotel. Perfect location as it’s 1 minute walk from a very good restaurant and super close to everything. Would 1000% stay here again

This is my first time staying at the hotel and truly this is the best and amazing hotel. The room is spacious the bed is so fluffy. The facilities in the hotel are also very top notch. There are 2 pools as well as rooftop bar. The view at the pool at the 5 level is very nice especially when sunset comes. The staff are also very nice and kind

Very spacious and the massage was really great. Staff are friendly and pool could be a bit colder though and maybe some better coffee but I gues Im a bit spoiled... haha! Gym is also nice to have. All in one. Close to all attractions and not far from the beach.

It is one of the best value hotels in Bali. It is located close to SEMINYAK shopping mall but not so noisy and bad traffic condition compared to those closer to Seminyak mall. Many good restaurants such as Merah Putih are within working distance or short taxi drive. The deluxe room I stayed is spacious and clean. Staff are polite and friendly, there is two swimming pools one on the ground floor and another on top floor with a pool bar

They give us complimentary late check out until 02pm due to my phone went in the water and need fixing . I would like to speical thannks to these lovely staff at this hotel .they name were Jaya, Adi, Sulis and Wika many thanks for the late check out I would always come back to this place upon next visted 5 🌟 🤩

It was the best experience we have had here. Yasa help me everyday with booking new things, I also feel off my scooter and they spent an hour helping me. The breakfast was amazing too. Don’t stay anywhere else. ADI, yasa,jaya helped us with very thing we needed, tours, food recommendations and they so friendly ❤️

The Capital Hotel is an Awesome place, they have very good facilities and most importantly the staff are amazing and they have made my stay very memorable. I Highly recommend the hotel for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in seminyak and kuta region.

Great short stay! Checked in pretty late and Wika was really helpful and friendly. Room is clean, nice, and comfortable. There are a little bit noise here and there but wasn't really a big of a deal. Could do better for the sound proof. Will go back for sure

Very helpful reception and service was super kind. We booked spontaneously and were happy we did. Looking forward to come back whenever we have the chance to come back to Bali. Quite easy to get around via Grab (Grab Bike). Pool and rooftop view looks awesome.

ホテルの部屋は清潔。眺めは別に良くないが、部屋はきれい。広い。ベッドが大きくて寝やすい。クッションがあればなおよかった。 ビーチからは遠いが、グラブですぐに出られるし、そこまで問題ではない。 近くにEDENというフーカーバーがあり、これは非常に素晴らしかった。本格派で、シーシャ好きのためのお店だ。このお店が気に入って、ウブドの系列店にも足を運んだ。 一階のレストランは寿司屋だけど、寿司はやっていない。これは意味がわからなかった。東南アジアの朝食メニューのみ。 シャワーのお湯が出るまで毎回5分ほど待たねばならないが、東南アジアではそもそも熱々のお湯が出ないホテルもあるからね。熱いシャワーが出るだけありがたい。 スタッフは親切。フレンドリー。

24 Hour staffed which was perfect because I arrived at 3am very friendly and helpful staff nice room sizes with a great pool enough gym equipment to get by nice breakfast also has a rooftop bar and offers various services like massages and the staff contact you through WhatsApp checking in when you will arrive so they can be ready for you all around great experience.
