Non vedevo l'ora di soggiornare ma sono rimasto deluso. Probabilmente non sono abituato a stare vicino alla natura e la pioggia non ha aiutato, inoltre io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto una sorta di mal di stomaco durante l'ultimo giorno.

My friend and I organised a trip to Bali and we stayed at Ubud for two nights. This place is unique, secluded and exquisite. It's unlike any other resort with a massive sign to point at the direction. From the moment our driver entered resort driveway, we felt the great sense of privacy and seclusion. The whole place is like a village with the lobby, the restaurant and the gaming room as the centre and rest of the tents (aka your hotel rooms) scattered all over the property, with unique themes. We stayed at the Archiver's room. It's stunning and one-of-a-kind. The tent came with a private pool facing the jungle, and the outdoor shower is fantastic. I loved the bathroom design and all the facilities. Bed was so comfortable, and staff members were kind and helpful, and they remembered our names. The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails were so great. The cocktails are above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for gifts to bring back to your family and friends, I strongly recommend the coffee soap bar. My friend and I loved how it exfoliates and in the meantime not leaving dryness on the skin. The Indonesian food served at the restaurant is a must-try. I highly recommend the pork ribs and nasi goreng. What makes Capella so unique is that it provide you with the chance to immerse into the local community to engage and discover local heritage and culture, and meeting some fascinating people along the way. Overall, this place is one of a kind. During our stay, I heard other guests compared Capella at Ubud with Four Seasons in Chiang-Mai. I have stayed at both places, and the two have completely different vibes and ambience. Four seasons rooms are actually brick and wood constructions but the Capella rooms are actually " tents", with wood frames and a canopy as the roof. So we fell asleep both nights while listening to the raindrops on the canopy. It's so soothing and relaxing. Capella has offered the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious service and experience while embracing the wildness. Additional: Shout out to Dedy and staff members who offered such above and beyond services. After we left Capella instantly we regreted of not purchasing the coffee soap bars as souvenirs. When I called the Lobby, Dedy arranged to have them delivered all the way from Ubud to Jimbaran to our resort. It's not only my escape experience but also the fantastic people from Capella that left such a deep impression on me. It's definitely a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend to stay.

The Rooms (luxury tents) were exquisitely decorated with a great vintage style with each with its own theme (eg: Captains Tent, Carpenters Tent, Librarians Tent etc..). The amenities, food, service, staff are all top notch. The resort is nesseled in the forest which adds to the truly unique and wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

作為峇裏島叢林野奢的代表，這家嘉佩樂沒有讓我失望。雨季來峇裏島度假，本擔心下雨會影響心情，但嘉佩樂獨特的帳篷度假屋設計、熱帶雨林的自然環境、熱情的服務、地道的美食讓我打消了這些顧慮。雨點打在帳篷上的白噪音，讓睡眠更加酣暢，各種熱帶鳥類的叫聲讓人感覺真正置身於大自然中。酒店的印尼風味美食，無論是早餐還是正餐，都豐盛、精緻、口味地道。酒店員工非常熱情，提前加微信瞭解入住需求，免費的活動也比較豐富。

峇裏島蜜月期的第二站來到了嘉佩樂，剛一進來的時候有些許的不適應，但是經過一晚的住宿體會到了什麼叫祕境，什麼叫放空，什麼叫心靈深處的寧靜。晚上睡覺伴隨着蟲鳴鳥叫，水聲潺潺，簡直就是純純的白噪音，讓我們的睡眠體驗達到了極佳，雖然會有些許的摩託車的聲音，但是也不完全打擾，但是第二天我提到了這個問題，酒店贈送了我們一次sap，服務真的沒話説。來之前我發郵件給酒店説想要一位中文服務的管家，真的就給我介紹了Fiona（娜娜）一位從中國留學歸來的可愛小姐姐，服務相當的好，離別的時候還送了我們小朋友畫的畫真的很喜歡，餐食沒話説，吃了酒店日式套餐，每天早上的早餐也很可口，第三天晚上還吃了烤乳豬，再猜感謝Fiona的幫助，有機會還會再來。

終於體驗了心心念唸的嘉佩樂。 嘉佩樂位於烏布的密林。酒店有班車接送很方便 我們訂的是雨林房，房間很大且氣派，探險風拉滿。尤其是馬桶寶座。 酒店整體不大，爬上爬下探索2次都認路了。 酒店各公區都是帳篷營地佈局，體驗很棒。 酒店含有免費下午茶，HH，晚間的篝火電影 早餐在主餐廳，景觀位不多，需要早去，以單點為主，味道很不錯。 早餐到11點結束，可以慢慢享受。 酒店其他活動也豐富。 總體來説，烏布嘉佩樂非常值得體驗。不愧全球TOP 50酒店

第一次寫評論，因為真的是一次很棒的體驗，服務很貼心，一家工作人員比客人多的酒店，大多數工作人員都會記住你的名字和房間號，服務永遠走在需求前面。因為我們有一天的外出行程，且出發時間早於早餐時間，工作人員幫我們打包了早餐，拿到的時候很驚喜，裏面不僅有三明治、麪包，還有炒飯、咖啡、水果。 環境貼近自然，雖然住的是帳篷，住宿條件和基礎設施也毫不遜色。

峇裏島嘉佩樂對於我們家是一部影片，三天兩晚沉浸其中。嘉佩樂的設計師是一個魔術師，讓我們無法分辨現實與夢境。帶入感隨着時間越感越強... 住店期間酒店帶我們做了一個room tour。峇裏島嘉佩樂僅23間帳篷各有特色，酒店的服務人員要多於酒店客人。如果是情侶或者一家三口，河景帳篷恰到好處，深夜與清晨會有小動物在帳篷上與屋外行動並不斷對暗號，帳篷內聽的清清楚楚，私人泳池小而精緻但水温偏涼。keliki帳篷尺寸相同，私人泳池升級並注温水。洛奇小屋是一家三代度假的最佳選擇，雙卧三床並具有充分的公共空間與温水私人泳池。帳篷與小屋，設計細節滿滿，配色強大。 小而美的酒店搭配嘉佩樂品牌，十分沉浸於酒店的就餐環境，絕美的風景配合舒緩安逸的時光，舒神養心，在此刻，時間停止了，任何音樂都是一種打擾。在酒店幫助安排看管小孩以後，酒店的Omakase屬於必須體驗的部分，環境與服務均數一流，微醺後，在這一刻，我是瓊斯博士，身處殖民地時期。 最後，住店期間有任何問題，找酒店的值班經理Mr.Dedy，溝通，經驗，效率，處理問題果斷，讓人印象深刻，安全感滿滿。

泳池壞了不能用，退房速度太慢，預約10點的漂浮早餐，時間沒到一直在門口喊good morning，價格也達不到預期，一千二百多的早餐還比不上我在布吉西奈酒店的體驗，房間外區域小蟲子特別多，餐廳用餐一頓飯至少來問了四次體驗好不好（上齊菜後），本來挺好的，多問就是打擾了，我也不明白要問那麼多次有什麼意義。其他都挺好，如果是三四千一晚我會給好評，七千多我衹能説整體服務配不上這個價格

一直是嘉佩樂的死忠粉，所以基本就有嘉佩樂就是首選，這一家很特別，帳篷全部是，但是一點也不可怕，環境生態也特別好，值得！

食物可以。服務態度可以。就是有點不習慣野奢！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
