Grazie davvero a questa magnifica struttura che ci ha regalato 5 giorni favolosi ad Ubud. Immersa nella giungla con la piscina che gode di un affaccio invidiabile, camere pulite e accoglienti e la nostra con bagno esterno, nel senso che il tetto è semi aperto e da sulla giungla nch'esso, regala davvero un'atmosfera unica e che ci ha fatto fare amicizia con un simpatico rospo che i primi giorni ci aveva un po' fatto stare in allerta. Colazione con 4 menù, da quello locale all'americano ma sempre devo dire ben fatta. Servizio e personale impecabile come in molte altre strutture balinesi. Infine prezzo assolutamente conveniente come anche la posizione a 2 passi dalla monkey forest.

Bucu View is a perfect bit of tranquility hidden in Ubud away from the crowds! A lovely welcome by reception and the room was spacious with everything you need to relax and unwind! Perfectly located for a wander around Ubud including the Monkey Forest and Ubud palace. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby, but the hotel is set back, giving an opportunity to relax. Sensational view from the infinity pools! Don't expect to be stuffed after the afternoon tea 😉 Tasty, but not massive, but it is a freebie! Great cocktails during happy hour!

Amazing boutique resort, with modern and traditional style accommodation overlooking the river. We had a villa overlooking the river. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Bucu is a walk up the drive to all you need in shops and eateries. The staff are lovely and the pool overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing in.

Such a shame this place’s view, design and luxury is lost on unclean rooms, sub par service and a lack of management and maintenance. I would: GIVE IT A GOOD CLEAN AND LAUNDER! Throw out the pillows and bedding, EXPAND THE MENU, update the furniture and TRAIN THE STAFF.

The fixtures were old, breakfast was not good to basic and they did not even have irons or ironing boards. Staff was very nice but some of them were abrupt. The room was very nice but our bathroom door and other shower fixtures and all seem old.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the grounds were beautiful. It felt like we were in the middle of the jungle right on the property.

This was our 2nd location while visiting Bali and the room which was a forest view with infinity pool was fantastic. In the centre of Ubud but as it was at the end of a street very quiet. Again it satisfied our needs for privacy, and peace. For those who have given some negative reviews, remember the location it’s overlooking a rain forest. It should say it all. Saying that for the time of year and well known to rain in this season wasn’t bad at all. The only thing I would say not detrimental to the hotel but the traffic in general in Bali and Ubud. Very slow and at crawling speed. The bike’s definitely rule the roads here. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful to our special requests, I thank them for the extra effort they showed for our anniversary arrival.

So beautiful & private. Villa with private pool, the furthest one from the main hotel which was only 2 minutes walk to restaurant. Our room was huge & clean and pool was really private. Breakfast included. Stafc very friendly, caring & helpful and speaks grwat englush which is a bonus. Walking distance to town centre. Loads of spa & supermarket around, like 5 minutes walk
