Villa Ava Seminyak Bali

The villa is nice, quiet, maintained everyday, breakfast made in your kitchen each morning. The villas are spacious and have everything you need including filtered water (essential). A short walk to the square and beaches. A few things could do with some maintenance to make it more comfortable but overall no major complaints considering it’s Indonesia. The staff were probably the best part, friendly, helpful and always genuinely interested in you.

The accomodation consists of 7 self contained and private villas, each with its own pool/spa. Each villa has 2 very good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom as off the large living / kitchen area. The second bedroom /bathroom (exactly the same configuration as the first bedroom) is situated on the other side of the pool to the main living /bedroom, and offers very good privacy. The Manager Nanik is amazing, and was able to help us with any of our questions, and transport requests. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It is an easy 10 minute walk into Seminyak Square. We would definitely stay here again.

We have enjoyed everything about this place the Villa is spacious and very clean, the spa and pool is fabulous. The Villa has everything you need for a relaxing private break in Seminyak..it’s close to some great Day Spas and cafes and restaurants….The staff are helpful and very professional and nothing is too much for them…Highly recommended

Annie, Kutut and the team were amazing hosts. From the time we arrived, throughout our stay until we departed, we were treated like family. They were so helpful giving us advice, arranging a driver, arranging our washing to be picked up and returned. We stayed for 7 nights with 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The Villa was perfect for us. With a very spacious pool and spa. The location was right in the middle of ‘Eat Street’ and we had so many options for our different preferences. We tried somewhere different each day! The best Italian we had was just across the road from the villa at Settimo Cielo. Their grazing menu is so cheap and world class.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed regarding the facility itself. Service was fantastic, especially Ketut and Anna. They answered every request. The villa is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The second bedroom and bathroom are the same giant size as the first. Great private plunge pool, massive bathrooms with great design. We had a wonderful stay. Only a few issues: getting in or out of the immediate area by car takes a long time because of the awful traffic. The villa managers can't do anything about this, but be aware that very short distances can take 1-3 hours due to traffic jams - especially in the last kilometer near the villas. Also, the street in front has no sidewalk, so you must walk close to cars and motorcycles, and it's not well lit at night. After a long day of flying and sitting in traffic, the last thing I wanted to do when checking in was fill out a registration form on my cell phone. Especially since most of the info was already provided when I made the reservation. I don't know if this was only because we arrived in the evening, but the management needs to find another solution. Despite these issues, we had a great stay. Dozens of wonderful restaurants in walking distance that cost almost nothing by US standards. The service is impeccable, and the villa was a great value considering the huge size of the living space. Thanks Ketut and Anna.

We stayed for a week in this great large private villa with swimming pool. Actually we were going to go in March 2020 unfortunately started when the COVID-19 pandemic which ruined our holiday, but luckily October 2022 we were still able to. In the meantime we have been in contact with the manager Nanik about our plans and she has arranged it perfectly that we could still come! We were picked up at Bali airport by the driver Kaded and brought us to the villa where we were received by Nanik and the rest of the staff, we were greeted with our first names, that was like coming home to us. We really had a great time and the staff were super helpful they could arrange everything for you…. scooter, washing clothes unfortunately it was only for a week but definitely would have liked to stay longer. really recommended to stay there as a couple and close to nice street with dining options

Friendly happy staff greet you on arrival. Villa is well appointed with air-conditioned comfort! Pool is a decent size for a 2 bedroom villa. Close to Eat street and shopping area. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if coming back to Seminyak.
