As it’s our 1st time travelling to Bali for our Honeymoon, as any couple, you would want nothing more but a comfortable stay that’s all. For us, we were always very reasonable on our expectations and I would to sincerely said that our expectations were fair and below any high standards. Let’s get this right, we stayed for 4d3n. As we reached the location, we headed straight to the lobby and we were not even greeted by anyone. After we attended ourselves to the guest reception, we were told to wait for room. When asked for the eta, the answer was: “not sure, just wait”. Lobby had no fans, no air cons l, no circulation of any sort and the seating area was like Sahara dessert with a clan of mosquitos. I’m not joking, the place was so hot that my husband had to open his shirt just to wait for our room. After 1hr45mins in this terrible weather at the lobby, we eventually got our room. Room was full of mosquitoes so travellers have to bring their own insect repellent when staying there.
Breakfast was not a buffet setting at all, they lied to us but was informed by the staff that we would expect ‘breakfast buffet’ during check in. For main meal, u have to order and up to 1 order per person. The portion was so small that it seems like a ‘child meal’ . And if u want a 2nd serving, it will be chargeable. Which part of buffet is that? For that small plate of pathetic unseasoned with no protein or veg so called ‘nasi goreng with egg’ cost a whopping $15.
Every-time we went for breakfast we were never greeted or ushered to our seats. We handled ourselves like 2 good and obedient adults. The military feels better then this. Bad service in all aspects.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAPSKATE CON SO CALLED ‘VILLA’ at all cost. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
