Amazing hospitality. Before we arrived the hotel told us the road leading there (around 50m) is under construction. We told them we will be there in 5mins, and they sent a staff to escort us and carry our luggage. Gave us welcome drinks and explained thoroughly. Attentive staff, we feel respected and welcomed. Food in restaurant is pretty good. Only complaint is that the pool closes too early at 8pm.

The service from the staff was amazing, they were really helpful, friendly and polite. The food was amazing too.
The bad part about it is the location of the place, it’s not in the city, and you have to go through a lot of narrow roads to get there, not to mention it’s literally in the woods. It is impossible to walk on your own given that there’s no street lights at almost all the places.
Moreover, there’s a lot of bugs and dead bugs in the room, even in the bath tub. Hence, it is advised to clean everything before you use them when you first arrive.

Location not as good. Service however made up for it. For the price of it is consider ok

Allow us to clarify some of the points you raised:Regarding the internet connection, we understand how frustrating it was to experience poor connectivity on the last day of your stay. Once we were informed, our team took immediate steps to resolve the issue, however, it did take some time to stabilize the network. In the meantime, we suggested an alternative connection, though we understand it did not offer the same speed or reliability.Concerning the noise from the ceiling, we have thoroughly inspected the area and found no visible entry points for animals. Since our opening, we have not encountered disturbances from native wildlife in the ceiling area. Common animals occasionally found around the resort include lizards, bugs, and geckos, which are typical in our natural surroundings.We are also sorry to hear your concerns about the bathroom floor. Please allow us to clarify that the wooden flooring in the shower is made from naturally darker wood, which may give the impression of dampness. However, we do ensure that it is cleaned and dried thoroughly as part of our daily housekeeping standards.As for the air conditioning noise, after your departure, we checked the unit and noticed it was set to "superpower" mode, which causes the fan to operate at its highest setting. We have since adjusted the default settings to ensure quieter operation for future guests.Cleanliness and guest comfort are among our top priorities, and your feedback helps us to improve in these areas.
