This is by far the most amazing accommodation I’ve ever stayed at! It’s hard to put into words how wonderful they made my stay. Not only the villa itself provides great comfort with the smartly designed interior, beautiful combination of natural materials and practical accessories but also every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the guests have an unforgettable time. The restaurant also deserves to be highly praised, where they provide excellent dining experience with creative dishes of cuisines from all over the world. It’s the little touches that make a great difference, such as having freshly melted butter poured on the popcorn for snacking or the toast bread being prepared in a pan over fire instead of putting it in a toaster. The signature cocktails do not disappoint either and it’s hard to stop just after one. Sustainability is also a priority, and they provide more eco-friendly products made from biodegradable materials. I wish all the best to everyone at Desa Hay and hope that I can return one day!

ホスピタリティが高く、またバリに来た際は必ず泊まりたいと思うヴィラ。スタッフの皆さんとても丁寧で優しく、最高な時間でした。食事も何も食べても美味しかった。チェックイン時間よりも早く伺ったのに笑顔で迎え入れてくれ、ゆっくりと過ごすことができた。

讓我再次選擇入住的最大理由是他家的餐食實在是太棒了，周邊也沒有啥其他選擇，我們在酒店呆了兩天哪兒也沒去，體驗了瑜伽課和spa，房間呆的很舒服。私密性強適合情侶度假。老闆是個健談的加拿大人，晚餐時分每桌都來打招呼聊一會兒。我們入住第一天發現浴巾上有血跡，很明顯是上任退房後沒有更換，這是衞生打分低的原因。酒店沒有專屬大堂，入住有管家帶領辦後續並一一介紹，服務溝通有WhatsApp，房間提供平板電腦使用。

canggu就是各種破爛的街道，但轉進去，別有洞天的精緻寧靜。全都是獨棟，私密泳池，設施很現代。早餐很好吃

房間從景觀環境，房間設計，細節配色……都非常完美。環境一流，迷你版綠色森林，被熱帶綠植包圍的泳池和浴缸，度假氛圍感拉滿。服務人員態度真誠 熱情 無敵友好，甚至包括酒店老闆也非常謙虛友好，每天衹要在酒店內遇到，都會詢問住宿情況和餐飲回饋。餐廳早餐很好吃，而且還看得出老闆品味很好，餐飲連擺盤都看得出有精心設計。

酒店位置鄰近市區而又不會十分嘈雜，酒店服務團隊有禮貌、耐心及友善，膳食可選的種類多、味道佳、份量亦多；酒店十分乾淨整潔，設備良好，居住的時候可以十分放鬆，全個酒店只有6間房，但同時有近20人的酒店團隊服務，讓人感覺賓至如歸！有機會到峇里的話，是一個值得一試的酒店！

環境很不錯，會給遊玩項目建議，價格都很合適且方便，不管是換現金、幫買水果等這些額外的服務，都會幫忙做，且衹收取一點點3%服務費，真的很不錯 值得推薦

Il miglior servizio mai visto. La loro gentilezza e disponibilità è qualcosa di ineguagliabile, dal momento della prenotazione al check out. La location è tenuta benissimo, pulita e confortevole. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era a dir poco perfetta. Bella in modo assurdo, ogni cosa era studiata e organizzata in modo da non far mancare nulla. Non riesco a trovare altre parole, provare per credere. La nostra cena a lume di candela, servita in camera a bordo piscina è stata una delle esperienze più belle della nostra vita. Una cucina al limite dello stellato, forse il posto all’estero in cui abbiamo mangiato meglio (e viaggiamo parecchio). Ogni portata era incredibilmente buona e curata anche in estetica, così come per la colazione e gli altri pasti. La qualità eccezionale si percepisce in tutto ciò che questa location ha da offrire. Se siete a Bali per un’occasione speciale o volete semplicemente godere del top dell’accoglienza: scegliete Desa Hay senza ombra di dubbio.

Actually went there just to get some lunch, and oh dear the foods are so delicious, and the serene is just unbelievable! The public area is so lush, imagine the room and the view! The staffs are super friendly, shout out to Eka at the restaurant, and also especially to the general manager; Ibu Desi... Thank you for the hospitality...

Desa Hay is a wonderful place to stay in Canggu! Everything at the hotel/ villa was great. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating and the service was superb. All requests were responded to and fulfilled within minutes - direct WhatsApp communication with reception/ butler. They always welcomed us warmly, responded promptly and went above and beyond. The villa itself is modern and beautifully decorated to a very high standard with everything you could want or need. The villa’s outdoor area is wonderful - the pool, seating area and sun beds are nestled in a 'jungle' like garden, which is a very peaceful and tranquil environment - a nice contrast to the hustle and bustle of Canggu. Housekeeping always made sure the room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast is especially delicious and fresh, whether you go to the restaurant or enjoy in-room dining. I would recommend booking a car transport with the hotel throughout the stay for excursions and going to/ from restaurants, cafes, etc. The drivers are friendly and knowledgable of the local area. Desa Hay went above our expectations!
