This place is a hidden gem; initially we were skeptical as didn't many reviews but definitely worth the decision made. In ubud this place is definitely a dreamers place as it ticks the boxes from an Ubud hotel and very fairly priced. We visited over Christmas eve . All rooms have the private plunge infinity pool facing the forest . The room is so big - and we had a jacuzzi which was via the bathroom but was also outside ( loved the architecture of the place) ,the shower too bn out in the open feel. The room also has a lounge which like indoor outdoor feel lovely. Good walk around the property as much we didn't walk much . The highlight was the floating breakfast and unlike other hotels u pay extra here u don't it was extremely special . Staff really went out of their way too.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Como for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away. The grounds, amenities, and rooms were stunning, and the surrounding scenery and landscapes are the ultimate peace and relaxation. We stayed in a villa with a pool and pond and absolutely recommend the upgrade. Don't miss their incredible breakfast and rich silk that is their Bali coffee. What stood out the very most to us, however, was a world-leading level of service and attention. The staff used every opportunity to interact with us to better get to know us and how they could help. Despite being a seasoned traveler, I have never seen a staff that seems so genuinely happy to host their guests. The hardest part about the stay was the check out, as it was tough to say goodbye to the friendly and familiar faces we met throughout the stay. It's clear that the team at Uma Como Ubud love what they do and that they perform consistently at the pinnacle of guest service. They are an exemplary reflection of Bali's culture of hospitality. We cannot wait to go back. Stop scrolling and searching, you have found your resort. Enjoy it to the fullest, let the resort do the work, and get ready to relax and recharge like you never have before. Terima kasih, temanku.

Tutto meraviglioso e perfetto. Mi associo alle recensioni positive. Piscina meravigliosa, camera superiore alle aspettative. Nessun problema con animaletti o insetti. In 4 giorni abbiamo visto solo 2 piccoli gechi! Aggiungo che abbiamo avuto una cena omaggio deliziosa e floating breakfast da sogno nella nostra piscina. Deliziosi i tea time del pomeriggio con specialita' dolci balinesi. Siamo andati a cena al Taman Dedari e ci ha accompagnato e ripreso gratuitamente il driver dell'hotel. Molto comoda la navetta x il centro di Ubud.

La piscina è piccola, ma la caratteristica di questo hotel è che la piscina è davvero profonda. 1.56 È un po 'difficile per i bambini da usare perché è metri. Ci sono due piscine dell'hotel, non camere degli ospiti, 1.56 metri 1.03 metri, 1.56 metri sono sicuramente profonde, la maggior parte di loro giocano a 1.03 metri. Two of us went up to Ubud for the night to celebrate my birthday. I’ve stayed at Mathis Retreat a few times over the years, going right back to before the name change, I’ve and eaten in the restaurant on other occasions when not staying there. The view from the pool, restaurant and some of the rooms, for me, is the best in Ubud. I’ve also stayed at their sister hotel in Amed, and the place in Bumbak is close to where I live. The restaurant there is great. So it’s safe to say I like the group very much. But my latest visit didn’t go well. After spending a nice afternoon in town we came back to take baths, relax and get ready for dinner at Locavore. But there was no hot water in our room (11) and not really much by way of an apology. So a quick splash under a cold shower instead. Next morning, still nothing until eventually we were told we could use a bungalow to shower in. But it felt like we were having to chase for something to be done. A quick search online revealed that this seems to be a bit of a recurring problem. It makes a massive difference to a guest’s enjoyment of the hotel. Separately, a few other observations: * Coffee machine in the restaurant broken. * Nasty bread at breakfast. Cheapest possible white bread for toast and a fake bagel! It was just a cheap bun with a dimple in it, and not especially fresh. * 45 minute delay in bringing us an iron after we requested one. * no hairdryer in room. * Just like the bread, the toiletries are all the cheapest possible chemical smelling ones. Surely such a lovely hotel would be better off charging a dollar a night more and providing something decent? It creates the wrong impression. I wanted to come back next month as my brother is visiting from UK but I was nervous about making a booking in case things go wrong again. I didn’t really want to write a negative review. It makes me sad. I contacted the hotel directly to discuss our stay but they didn’t respond.

Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque notti durante il nostro soggiorno a Bali. Se stai cercando un soggiorno amichevole per il bilancio, va bene. La villa aveva una bella piscina e erano la cosa migliore del nostro soggiorno. Le camere hanno bellissimo spazio, ma penso che siano necessari per la manutenzione. Le tende della porta hanno davvero bisogno di pulizia anche. Ci sono scale che arrivano dalla villa alla ricezione per essere consapevoli di questo se avete problemi di salute. Decidi la scelta del colazione la notte prima, che è ok, ma servire la mattina è confuso. Non abbiamo ricevuto caffè qualche mattina. Avremmo potuto chiedere, ma il personale era occupato a maneggiare l'ospite, perché il personale della ricezione serve anche colazione. C'è un bel posto proprio lungo la strada, punto Sayan. Ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti in direzione opposta. Il personale ha aiutato a trovare un conducente per noi, e il fiume è vicino e molto bello da fare.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole. Se incontri problemi, vi consultano e sono molto amichevole. L'ultimo giorno c'era una foto del matrimonio, e il tempo di partenza era passato, ma era disposto a prestarmi una stanza. Questa è una bella villa circondata da alberi di arachidi e alberi verdi, e la colazione fuori è la migliore. Voglio tornare alla miglior villa!
