The property is a private 1 bed/1 bath condo located in the private residences in the Saddlebrook Community. It overlooks the golf course and nature preserve. Located in Wesley Chapel, within walking distance to the Saddlebrook Tennis/Golf Academy and 6.2 mi from Shops at Wiregrass, the Grove, and 11 minutes to Epperson Lagoon and 26 minutes from Bush Gardens and Raymond James Stadium. This golf Course View Condo is in an area where guests can engage in outdoor and indoor activities from Epperson Lagoon, the Tampa Zoo, Museums and other activities such as fishing, golfing, tennis, hockey, volleyball, and basketball. Any use of the golf and tennis on location is subject to the policies and prices set that is avaliable to the public. The spa, golf, tennis and pool are additional fees paid to the Resort by the public and subkct to their policies.
