front desk staff was okay,the room madeva very good first impression, but wasn't that good. it was cold, even with the heating running. the bathroom sink leaked. the bedsheets and towels were clean and fresh, but the overall cleaning,especially floor wasn't great. the location is excellent, very central and convenient to find food and shopping.
Even i am permanent resident holder with a valid ID they constantly asked me to fill out a registration form for foreigners,which i refused. the staff needs training for the registration process to make it a smoother experience for foreign guests.
overall my stay was okay, but i will consider other nearby options in the future.

E'un po'scioccante. Sono stato svegliato diverse volte alla notte. C'è un bambino vicino. Ho guidato dieci ore di auto e ho dormito con il bambino alle nove. Sono svegliato alle dieci e mezzo dalla parola della sorella. Sono svenuto e correndo e ricordato. LLydiainchinaServizio dal cuore: da prendere dalla stazione ferroviaria, da aiutarci a ordinare i biglietti per Huashan, e anche da mandarci al centro turistico, a bordo dell'autobus per trasportarci fino alla montagna. È meglio chiedere loro quale strada per prendere la montagna, come potrebbero consigliare, in base a quanto di salita desiderate. Con la loro suggerimento, siamo andati al picco più facile occidentale.
In breve, hanno fatto tutto il possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno più piacevole e il più possibile insensibile, quando si tratta di organizzare le cose.
Hanno persino fatto il trasporto a Xi'an per noi, e ci avevano persino camminato attraverso alcune opzioni.
Abbiamo preso la stanza con il letto di grandezza re con il balcone sul secondo piano, che offre una buona vista sulla montagna.
L'hotel è letteralmente metri (un passo molto breve) dalla prima fermata di ritorno, il bus di tour di montagna farà, al suo ritorno dal Nord Peak.
Un'impresa di famiglia, con persone autentiche.

UUtente ospiteQuesto posto era grande - è vicino a Huashan, il cibo era buono (grande) e la famiglia che lo gestisce è molto dolce e molto utile. Se non parli cinese, sono grandi a tradurre per te. E ti porteranno dove vuoi andare, che non è comune altrove. Sono preoccupati per il vostro benessere, e il mio amico aveva un problema con l'invenzione alimentare e sono stati molto utili e sostenibili, anche se dovevamo prolungarci per qualche giorno. In generale, una grande esperienza e spero di tornare!

SSarahHotel is not near main *****, however close to the mountain entrance and couple of mins Didi ride. Hotel accepts foreigners however do not speak, but can communicate everything via WeChat English/ translation no problem. Hotel owner will go out of her way to help us. Driver is always happy to accomodate drop off and pick up and easily organise through WeChat. We spent 12hours on the mountain and the main reason for our stay. Thank you for welcoming Australians and we thank the driver and owner for being so welcoming despite the language barrier. We had noodles for dinner at the hotel which was very tasty!

WWherethefishroamThis place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town!
We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great!
The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

SSteffanWe loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. The hotel owners were kind enough to take us directly to the hot springs and we purchased a day pass instead.
The husband and wife who own the hotel are wonderful people. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports.
This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.

CCameo19A ginormous hotel with spectacular Mountain View’s, but not so many guests so felt like a ghost town. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the Huashan scenic area booking office, and a handful of restaurants, couple of coffee shops and massage salon. The main reason for this location is hiking and enjoying the amazing hot springs. There isn’t anything else nearby for those who are not interested in those two activities! Lots of hot spring pools, and a large swimming pool, which you access via the shuttle car, this runs every couple of minutes so super convenient. Room is very large, so is bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient, restaurant for dinner closes at 21:00 and didn’t try. Overall a lovely hotel stay.

TtorinessAbsolutely fantastic location. If you are here for Huashan, this hotel is literally at the ticket office entrance which is also where you get the shuttle to the cable ways. Hotel room was very clean with great features including lovely bathroom and soft comfortable bed. We booked a room with a mountain view which I don’t think we really got (very high window that you really couldn’t look out of) but this was a minor inconvenience given the friendly reception staff checked us in 3 hours early that was very much appreciated. Views of mountains could be seen from other parts of the hotel - walkways and seated outdoor areas on the 3rd floor. The reception also let us leave our bags there on our last day while we went up the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.
