從踏入酒店範圍的那一刻起，定位的困擾便接踵而至。導航精準指向東門，然而安保人員卻告知，辦理入住需移步西門，這般錯位，讓初來乍到的我瞬間迷失方向，滿心期待也隨之蒙上了一層陰影。 前台與客房分屬不同樓棟，步行路程約五分鐘。這段路崎嶇不平，拖着行李箱前行，每一步都倍感艱難。可令人失望的是，行李生自始至終都無動於衷，既未主動上前接過行李，也未提及安排車輛相送，主動服務意識的缺失，讓這段本就不輕鬆的路程愈發漫長。 當然，酒店也並非毫無亮點。客房空間開闊，佈局合理，硬件設施一應俱全，從柔軟的床鋪到完備的衞浴，每一處細節都彰顯着品質，本應能帶來極致的舒適體驗。但熱水供應系統卻像是個調皮的孩子，水温忽冷忽熱，洗澡時被燙了好幾次，實在讓人苦不堪言。 酒店的園林景觀是一大亮點，中式園林風格獨具匠心，亭台樓閣、小橋流水相互映襯，一步一景，漫步其間，彷彿置身於江南水鄉，能讓人忘卻塵世的喧囂，尋得內心的寧靜與愜意。早餐的種類足以飽腹，不過在品質上還有較大的提升空間。值得稱讚的是麪檔的廚師大姐，她熱情洋溢的服務，為略顯平淡的早餐時光增添了一抹温暖的亮色。 客觀來講，這家酒店在硬件設施上的投入與用心有目共睹，堪稱一流水準。然而，服務環節的諸多短板，卻如同美玉上的瑕疵，嚴重影響了整體的入住體驗。真心希望酒店能夠正視這些問題，積極改進，期待未來能在此收穫一次無可挑剔的居停體驗。

L'ambiente della stanza è molto buono. Il servizio del proprietario è molto attento. I bambini non possono comprare farmaci per la notte. Il proprietario mi ha portato a trovare un dottore a mezzanotte con entusiasmo, molto in movimento!!!!
