Fantastico - molto grande posizione, vicino al centro convenzionale, la barca e la zona shopping. Molto moderno e pulito, grande avere un posto per fare un pezzo di tosta e una tazza di tè al mattino. Raccomanderei molto a chiunque rimanga più di pochi giorni a Brisbane.

Nice clean 1-bedroom apartment with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Very central to South bank and West End and near the river front. Just wish that they would spend some money to heat the swimming pool during the autumn and winter months. If your apartment faces Edmondstone Street there is a high-rise apartment being constructed and the crews start working at 7 am which can be noisy.

Wasn’t planning on staying here, but was bumped to this accomodation at the last minute by Clix. So a bit disappointed as we were staying at one of their other buildings which was closer to restaurants etc and had a better pool. The apartment was clean and looked out over the hills and river, the bed was comfortable. Could have done with more kitchen utensils like a baking tray for starters. Stove had a wok burner but no wok or fry pan. Tiny wash basin with no side bench so had to put stuff on floor. Shower door handle had coroded and needs replacing. Disappointed in the pool, even though technically out doors it was all under cover thus no sun light so a bit chilly as it acted as a wind tunnel. Also was on 22nd floor and could still hear trains that ran past building.

We had a really nice stay in this service apartment. Very clean, nice staff assistant, very new and well furnished.

Adoro questo appartamento, il personale è amichevole e spiega perché il parcheggio non era disponibile al giorno - anche stampato una mappa per noi perché non potevamo arrivare al posto. Grazie! Amo anche le strutture, così bello, davvero si sentiva come a casa lontano da casa.

Fantastic location. Service was amazing, with shout out to staff - Exec Chef James, F&B Operations Manager, Gareth, Christine from the Signature Restaurant just to name a few who made our stay amazing and went the extra mile. In fact all the staff we met were really helpful, attentive and happy. Recommend the upstairs pool, the terrace bar for cocktails. Book it, a perfect escape…leave the kids at home.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was very large and clean. There is a lounge area and kitchen separate to the bedroom and bathroom. I also had a very large balcony. The furniture is a bit dated, but it's all clean and in good condition. There is no servicing of the room during a stay so ration your toiletries and the like. Reception is only available limited hours and not outside business hours. Overall a good base for a work trip to Sydney.

Stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of April. Check in was quick and although we requested a quiet room, we were sadly given a room that faced onto a road and the helipad of the children’s hospital. So, the room was rather noisy from the traffic and from helicopter landing and taking off at night. Even with ear plugs on I could still hear the traffic. Room: Room 714 was very clean, it seems the Australian standards of cleanliness is much higher and better than at our previous Marriott stays in Cardiff, Wales and in Edinburgh, Scotland. Housekeeping at this hotel is very thorough at cleaning, as we didn’t feel any dust on the surfaces. My partner is blind and the first thing he does is touch the surfaces to get to know the layout of the room and he was impressed that tables, chairs & walls didn’t feel dusty. The housekeeping ladies always provided us with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water daily, as well as change the bed linen when requested. These ladies (day as well as evening housekeeping) are all lovely and friendly, requests for extra toilet paper, tissues, even slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste were promptly supplied with a smile. The housekeeping team at this hotel should be commended for keeping rooms/bathroom clean to a high standard. Reception: The ladies at reception Jess and other lady (who doesn’t wear a name badge) are efficient when checking people in however, they were not so friendly once you’ve checked in, they both came across as cold, sourpusses. Every day we went past reception and these 2 ladies never smiled or said hello. Once we initiated a hello and got a forced response. The male reception staff at night and on the days when the ladies were off are much better as they always greeted people as they walked past reception. Location: This hotel is perfectly located as it is close to all the restaurants in the Southbank and there’s lots to choose from. It is also about 2 mins walk to Goodwill bridge which connects to the Botanical Gardens. From this hotel everything is within walking distance, we walked to Queen Street shopping mall daily and it took us about 10 mins via Southbank parklands and crossing the bridge. We are not super fast walkers but we found everything in close proximity to this hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Australia next year.

La posizione è buona, solo a pochi passi dalla città, alla stazione ferroviaria, al negozio locale. Il personale è molto carino, sono particolarmente felice che stiano cercando di farci controllare in anticipo dal nostro lungo volo arrivato al mattino. Ci sono stati abbastanza apparecchiature per la casa.Abbiamo cucinato un paio di volte e è stato grande. La lavatrice è buona. La piscina superiore del tetto sembra buona. Tuttavia, penso che il posto potrebbe essere un po' più pulito, soprattutto la zona della doccia. Ci sono alcuni formaggi sulla parete e la testa della doccia. La maniglia della porta è rotta. Inoltre, ci sono abbastanza polvere sulla tavola, il pavimento è un po' aperto. Il condizionatore d'aria è anche formato, la lama di letto ha alcuni tinture, alcuni dei casi di polvere sono un po' grigio come il colore della polvere. In generale, credo che si possa migliorare molto, soprattutto in materia di igiene.

La posizione è grande e le istruzioni per ottenere la chiave di accesso sono facili da usare. Tuttavia, il messaggio al giorno dell'arrivo è un po' difficile quando viene dall'estero senza dati/Wifi! Letto massiccio - ma non molto confortevole con solo una piccola foglia doppia in cima e che sembrava due foglie doppie, una in cima all'altra sulla matita! Il sedile del bagno è stato rotto - ho riportato alla ricezione, e l'hanno sistemata rapidamente. Il pistone del caffè è stato anche rotto - e l'hanno sistemato/raggiunguto immediatamente. Tuttavia, sicuramente questi tipi di cose potrebbero essere in qualche tipo di checklist per i puliziari, quindi gli ospiti non devono sprecare il loro tempo di segnalazione? Sembrava una bella piscina, ma non mi sono nemmeno reso conto che c'era una piscina finche' un amico non l'ha fatto notare.Niente nelle informazioni sulla stanza sulle ore di apertura, e quando sono andato a nuotare, c'era la pulizia automatica, che mi ha messo fuori :-(
