The hotel is not maintainer properly, charge is high but poor maintenance, several times we told to repair bathroom basin as water was leaking from their but they did not do anything. Room has odor and after telling they put room freshner, curtains, walls all are dirty. Very unsatisfied with room.

Breakfast should be available. Person want best stay feeling with hygiene food in one roof if travel on business purpose. Over all good. Mmt to required upgrade condition in favour of customer.

Booked at 1600 rs super deluxe room for 1 night. Room was good. Can say this is 3 star hotel. Service was okay

What price they are charging & what service they are providing it is not a value for money hotel you may choose another one

The hotel is in a nice vicinity and prime location. The entrance imparts a feel good vibe but there is shortage of space for vehicle parking. Hotel is clean and the staff is well behaved but regular maintenance is required for e. G. The lift had an issue. Rooms are average should have been better for a hotel if this stature. There were no complementary tea coffee neither a cattle. Mattress was hard and the bedsheet must have been washed several time as it looked very old. Bathroom needs an upgradation and was not upto the standards
