The lady at the desk was very kind
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was great

This is a great place to stay in Bakersfield. Easy walk to shopping and movies. Security on site. Great fitness room and pool. Very nice hot breakfast. Complimentary coffee and cookies.
Lovely room with jetted tub, huge tv, microwave and fridge. Snacks and cocktails available for purchase. Tasteful decor, very relaxing. Great value for money.

Hosts were very helpful. Loved the fresh cookies and the hot breakfast. Our room was a king suite with a jacuzzi, which we used. Great value for the money.

I was really only there to sleep. After the noise got stopped the first night and the toilet got unclogged thing were fine. It was close to the things I needed to do. Thanks
ps...the room does have an odor you might want to look into.

No hot water until after 7:00AM in third floor room! They converted to electric hot water and are on the cheap mode shutting the heaters off at night! Been staying at this place for almost 30 years and it has been going downhill since it was the Garden Suites! Not going back!

I’m glad I chose this hotel for my stay. Location was very convenient. Right off the 99, down the street is a shopping mall with many different stores and restaurants. The place was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. When I go to Bakersfield again, I will stay there.

prompt check-in, clean room, clean, if small, bathroom, decent location…texas roadhouse just 2 blocks up the street…challenges hampton inn for the worst pillows in the industry…very small, no support.

The elevator was broken and the failed to tell us on check in. We had to walk from one end of the building to the other. I’m handicapped and that made a difficult walk. They should have let us know prior but never said anything until we parked and had to go all the way back to the front desk. Not good

key to open gate wouldn’t read cards. trash area overflowed. over all it was a good place to stay with adequate surroundings. great shower, bathroom. good sized rooms
