Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Fee for violation: $100 per unauthorized guest, per night. • No Smoking of Any Kind: Smoking is strictly prohibited—this includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping. This applies both inside and outside the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine and immediate eviction. Fee for violation: $250. • No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.
