Hotel in zona Baiersbronn Bf, Baiersbronn

Let me start with the thing that made us leave asap: there was dried up urine all over the toilet seat and floor. I have been travelling a lot and have over 100 hotels only on *********** and probably an other 100 hotels through work and other agencies. And from those 200 hotels this is the fist time I have arrived at an hotel and just walked out and decided to stay in an other hotel. We did arrive at the hotel and the parking is just in front of the hotel, there are no safety measures, there are no gates or fences or lights, so your car is not any safer here than next to the public road. But nevertheless the hotel asks a fee of €10 for parking there. The lobby of the hotel feels like an 80's techno club: dark, black&red painted and decrepit. So after checkin we arrive at our room and put all our suitcases down (didn't felt safe to leave anything in the car) and we sit down at the bed for a moment. At that moment I noticed a black hair next to the pillow. So we take the sheets of the bed and there are multiple hairs all over the sheets. the sheets looked clean at first sight, so I don't know if it were the housekeepers hairs or the previous guest. So we clean the hears from the bed ourselves and I went to the toilet, the toilet cover was down, but the seat of the toilet was full of yellowish dried-up urine. Not just a few drops that somebody could have missed cleaning, but at least 20% of the seat was covered. This made me almost puke and I did notice that the ground was covered as well. I went to the reception, but they clearly don't like to deal with complaints, because they wouldn't help us. When I felt that the discussion was going nowhere and the receptionist was getting angry we just left and tried to contact the hotel via ***********. I've had a great experience with the customer care center of ***********, but unfortunately even they never got any response from the hotel. to the point that they even gave me the direct contact information of the hotel. I'm not a difficult person, mistakes can be made and everybody deserves a second chance, so the thing that bothered me the most was just that there never came any response or excuses from the hotel. Not to me or to their partner, ***********. there are plenty beautiful places and hotel in the Black Forest, enjoy your time there, just go in a large circle around this hotel.

L'hotel è situato al bordo del villaggio. Da la strada principale si deve girare a destra (o, se si arriva dalla città a sinistra), in una strada morta. Qui si può parcheggiare l'auto, o se si passa un po' più a sinistra su un parcheggio. È possibile parcheggiare anche, a pagamento, nel parcheggio. Abbiamo ricevuto amichevole alla reception. La nostra camera (106) era (ancora) nella parte antica. Puoi raggiungere sia all'interno che all'esterno. Avevamo una camera spaziale con un armadio, un ufficio, un sedile, un letto matrimoniale, un letto supplementare, una terrazza (con sedile) e una camera da bagno spaziosa con toilette, doccia e lavastoviglie. C'erano anche camere con balcone (con una bella vista sul bosco nero). Quando si è camminato all'interno alla reception, si è passato attraverso il bagno interno e la parte della sauna. Questo sembra tutto pulito e curato. La piscina è dotata di sedie a letto e di una camera da letto per signori e signore e due docce. Il ristorante è anche piacevole (ci ha fatto pensare all'Austria, a causa del legno). La cena era anche deliziosa e sembrava curata. La colazione è costituita da un buffet (ampio) ed è anche situato nel ristorante dell'hotel. Il personale è molto amichevole e fanno tutti il loro meglio per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole possibile. Intorno si può camminare bene e / o visitare uno dei villaggi.

Wir haben im Juni 2024 ein Wochenende in diesem Hotel, einem recht großen Gebäude mit einigen kostenlosen Parkplätzen direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, verbracht. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, man ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 min am Marktplatz. Wenn man das Hotel betritt, kommt einem leider ein unschöner Geruch entgegen, der an einen Abfluss erinnert. Die Rezeption auf der linken Seite der Lobby ist nur von 7 bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, etwas seltsam bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer gebucht und bekamen Zimmer 322, ein Eckzimmer mit Balkon und zusätzlichem Fenster. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, es gibt keinen wirklichen Platz, um die oder den Koffer abzulegen. Es war für zwei Nächte allerdings ausreichend. Der Balkon, der mit zwei Stühlen, aber keinem Tisch ausgestattet ist, bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist winzig. Die eine Duschtür fiel fast aus der Dusche heraus. Es gibt kaum Ablageflächen. Das Hotel bietet von Rituals Duschgel/Shampoo in der Dusche und am Waschbecken eine flüssige Seife. Außerdem standen dort zwei Mini-Flaschen mit Körperlotion, Conditioner wird leider nicht angeboten. Der Fitnessraum ist klein, hat aber ein paar gute Cardiogeräte, außerdem Matten, Hanteln und zum Glück auch Handtücher und Desinfektionsmöglichkeiten. Wasser wird keins angeboten. Das Frühstück wird im Hauptrestaurant im 1. Stock serviert. Als wir uns einen Tisch ausgesucht hatten, kam die Bedienung und wies uns darauf hin, dass sie normalen Kaffee in der Kanne bringen würden, man sich aber Kaffeespezialitäten selbst holen muss. Auch etwas schade für solch ein Hotel. Leider gab es hierfür nur einen Kaffeeautomaten. Das Frühstück an sich war okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Ich bin von anderen Best Western Hotels eine größere Auswahl gewöhnt. Wir haben nur zwei Mal gefrühstückt, an den beiden Tagen wurde jeweils das gleiche Essen serviert. An warmen Speisen gab es Speck, Nürnberger Würstchen, Rührei und gekochte Eier. Das war es dann schon. Keine Spiegeleier, kein Gemüse oder Champignons, keine Rösti oder andere vegetarische Dinge. An Rohkost gab es Tomaten, Gurken und Oliven. Hier hätte ich mir auch noch Paprika und Karotten gewünscht. Auch die Auswahl an Körnern und Joghurt fürs Müsli wäre erweiterungswürdig. Was es gar nicht gab, war Kuchen oder Lachs bzw. am Sonntag vielleicht sogar einen Sekt. Prinzipiell ist man aber satt geworden. Geärgert habe ich mich dann allerdings beim Auschecken. Ich hatte drei Best Western Gutscheinkarten, mit denen ich einen Teil der Rechnungssumme zahlen wollte. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte mir, dass dieses Hotel die Karten nicht akzeptiert, ich aber zumindest mit Kreditkarte zahlen könnte, was für mich sowieso selbstverständlich ist. Ich hätte im Vorfeld nachfragen müssen, ob die Gutscheinkarten akzeptiert werden oder nicht. Aber im Ernst, wer tut denn so etwas, wenn er über die Best Western-Internetseite ein Best Western Hotel bucht? Ich fühlte mich insofern mehr als veräppelt. Alle
