Emplacement parfait, nous avions demandé un étage élevé ce qui a été respecté, la vue est magnifique ! Les appartements sont spacieux et lumineux

Casa del sole is a very spacious space. Perfectly situated on the beaches of Noumea. The hotel is in good conditions and u must ask for a higher level appar**ent to get the best views

The room was clean and had a great view.
The kitchen facilities and utensils were good.
The staff on duty were very friendly and there was no difficulty in staying.

Great location but I was disappointed with the service and facilities. My both bedside lamps were broken, the power point on one side was broken, the locks on the doors to our rooms were difficult to use and the bidet in the toilet broke. I requested an extra towel at reception and was told I had to use my bath towel at the pool. My friend made the same request and was allowed to rent one for 500 francs. I was surprised that there was no complimentary wifi and that I was required to buy my own toilet paper and take the trash out when leaving.

Don't stay here. My worst ever experience I am affriad. Room stunk of sewage. We checked other floors and similar smell, so not just an unlucky room selection. In room facilities are sp****. No toilet paper. They instuct you to go to a shop to get some....a 15min walk. Will also need for dishwasher to get detergent. We moved to another hotel. Will ruin your holiday if stay here. Don't risk it.

I can only reiterate what Michael wrote in August 2023 and agree totally with his assessment. My opinion is the location is fantastic, the apar**ent spacious and adequately equipped. The balcony was perfect for alfresco meals with the most fabulous view. We travel with carry on only so we bought a knife and some dishwashing detergent when we arrived. We self catered some of our meals and were happy with the kitchen equipment and supplies. There is noise on Friday and Saturday nights till the early morning but nothing some earplugs would not fix or the place is not for you. After some of the reviews I was very pleasantly surprised at the apar**ent and the location.

Love watching the sun go down from our 15th floor apar**ent. The kitchen was great to use and made all our meals there. Water pressure can be bad on the higher floors when at busy times of the day. WiFi was terrible first thing in the morning and every evening. So little bandwidth that had to wait until late just to open FaceBook on the PC and midnight to upload photos on the weekends. A bit better during the week as it was shoulder season and not so many people then. Floors transmit noise from people walking around upstairs and moving furniture etc. Great location with all the restaurants and shops etc right by the place.
