A short walk from the beach, these bungalows are nestled away for a private, luxurious feel. My boyfriend and I stayed here 2 nights in November. Wish we could have stayed longer! We were there in the heart of rainy season but couldn’t have been more content. Hellen was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and pampered. The views and the food were exactly what we hoped for from our Costa Rican experience!

If you are looking for a quiet place full of nature, you should go there! Amazing view! You can meet a lot of animals walking around! Helen its incredible person and always make you fell like in home! The food its always prepared with love and modern taste. We are always coming back there full of happiness!

Beautiful land !! Me and my family stayed for 5 days. Rooms were very clean and comfy. AC and WiFi worked perfectly The food and the restaurant were delicious. The hosts are very sweet and welcoming. The activities were very well planned and organized, the staff were very helpful with organizing what we wanted to do. We were offered transportation which was amazing and made it much easier to tour around drake bay I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit drake bay!

Exceptional experiences staying with my 3 teenagers. The resort offered a lot more than what we had expected, starting with super clean and safe rooms surrounded with spectacular views of Drake Bay. The delicious and healthy foods were total surprises to our picky eaters. The amazing hospitality offered by owners Hellen and Steven was the key to our complete trip satisfaction. We are planning to come back for more.

Just had an amazing stay at Green Leef Resort! The ambiance is stunning, and the AC and WiFi are fantastic. The food exceeded all expectations—absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Green Leef for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!!

Drake Bay Greenleaf is the height of luxury. Our time there was an incredible experience! The owners take care of the plants and trees so well that it attracts wildlife right to the property. The monkeys, coatis, tapirs, etc all visit so often that the owners have named each of them. Most mornings the monkeys visited us right outside our bungalow. Hellen and Steven (the owners) have 3 bungalows so it's never crowded. They are very attentive and coordinated everything for us. Steven would even pick us up from the bottom of the hill so we didn't have to walk back uphill. They speak English and Spanish perfectly which was helpful in many cases. Hellen grew up in the area and knows who the best tour guides are and the best spots to go to for whatever you're hoping to see. THE FOOD was better than we had ever tasted!! The air conditioned rooms were clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views. I have nothing negative to say about our time there. It was perfect!

My husband and I stayed here earlier this year and absolutely loved it. A lovely small hotel in the most beautiful setting: views of the ocean and surrounded by forest full of birds and animals. The best thing though is the family who own this hotel. Hellen, Steven and their small son Vincent are an absolute delight. They treated us like family and couldn’t do enough to make our trip perfect. Hellen ensured we had everything we needed for our trips out and if there was something we had forgotten she provided it. The accommodation was first rate and the food delicious. Hellen and Steven’s knowledge of the area and the bird and animal life was also amazing. This really is the jewel of Costa Rica. This resort was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible and the rooms were stunning. Hellen and Steven were incredible hosts, and their familiarity with Drake Bay and Osa, generally, made traveling and finding guides and things to do a breeze. Certainly one of, if not the best, international experiences I’ve had. We will definitely back.

If you are visiting Drake Bay, do yourself a favor and stay here. This was the best accommodations I have ever stayed out and the service is unparalleled. Helen and her family are beyond incredible. They are so welcoming and took such great care of us with such attention the entire visit. Before we even traveled, we had some air travel issues and without us even requesting Helen made some calls and resolved it all without us having to do anything. She coordinated our transportation to/from the hotel and greeted us with open arms upon our arrival. The food is top top tier and each dish looked like it belonged on a magazine cover. And the cherry on top was that the team at Greenleaf did our laundry everyday which was so incredible considering we spent much of each day hiking around getting sweaty and covered in mud. Helen is such a special host and I look forward to seeing her and her family again!
