Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Resorts Collection

My wife and I made a spontaneous visit to Susurros Del Corazón last weekend for a much needed getaway. From the second we stepped out of the car from the airport we knew this was a special place. The service, room, food, pool and quiet location exceeded expectations. Honestly one of the finest resorts we’ve ever stayed and can’t wait to return.

The staff here are attentive, kind, and very responsive. Everyone was incredibly accommodating of our toddler and the resort was even running a promotion when we visited for free children's meals. The spa is amazing. The food and cocktails are good (although probably the only weak point of the overall experience). There was a sea turtle release that was incredible. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible from the hotel. The pools are very nice (one is adults only, the other two are family friendly). We wanted to check out Sayulita so the staff set up a short day trip for us. We forgot our toddler's hat on a pool chair and it was brought to our room. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that this place is worth the (admittedly hefty) price tag. Highly recommended.

My husband and I get away quarterly for some R&R time. We typically head to our favorite places in the Caribbean but opted to give Susurros a chance on the recommendation of our travel advisor (and based on how much we enjoyed a stay last year at the Auberge du Soleil in Napa). The resort is perfect. The rooms are gorgeous - so clean, beautiful showers, beautiful views, lots of room to move around, and excellent AC. The grounds and pools are pristine. The sand at the beach is white (always a bonus for me). But, I agree with prior reviews, the staff takes this resort up to the next level. The staff truly make this place into an oasis of perfection. So many different people, but every single person knew our names, wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, anticipated requests before you even made them. Kevin at the beach, Riccardo at Casamilpa, and so many more truly made our stay exceptional. We had a couples massage and both of us thought the massages were wonderful. Not a single complaint about this hotel or the staff. Way to go Susurros!

The resort was exquisite, the food was next level, and the service was unmatched. You can tell the resort is relatively new as everything is clean, crisp and in great condition. Our room had ridiculously easy access to the beach and pools. Oh, and the spa is unlike any I've visited before.

My wife & I had an amazing trip for our 25th anniversary. Susurros del Corazon was one of the best places we have ever stayed... and we have traveled a good bit over our 25 years of marriage. The rooms, dining, pools, beach, and spa are all top tier. The staff is warm, welcoming, and so friendly.. they made us feel like family. Rooms are so comfortable, and if you can I highly recommend the garden suites with your own plunge pool. Bathroom is awesome and all the little things they give you for the room are so nice and locally made. We also did a breathwork session with Moe, and he is one of the coolest facilitators there. I need to look him up and find more info if he is online. We highly recommend and hope we are able to return again for another trip one day. MUCHAS GRACIAS FAMILIA SUSORROS! Nosotros te amamos.

Susurros del Corazon was exceptional from start to finish! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable with amazing views and great privacy. The grounds crew keeps this property looking top-notch. The food has been excellent with a lot of variety on the menus. Everything from the restaurants was fresh and of top quality. The staff at Susurros is the highlight of this property. They remembered our names, what we liked to drink and their service was timely and thoughtful. A special thank you to Brandon, Victor and Alex. They knew when we wanted to relax and knew when we wanted to have a bit (or a lot) more fun. They made this vacation for us, making sure we were cared for, comfortable and satisfied at all times. Maribel and Priscilla at the spa were wonderful as well, we had a great experience with them. Whether you are looking for quiet elegance or a fun afternoon in the pool, Susurros offers it all!
