Good location and great service 👍 The rooms are very clean and tidy. Good price and good quality service 👌. Gym and swimming pool very easy to access. Around 10 minutes drive 🚗 with Grabs. Wana try local food?? just cross the road, plenty place for food and beverage ☕️. Plenty choices,variety and cheap! Overall..5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ for location, price and service. Well done!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti a Kuching e abbiamo fatto viaggi di giorno a Semenggoh e Bako da lì. Con Grab si può facilmente ottenere un conducente ai luoghi che si desidera visitare. L'appartamento era pulito e relativamente grande. Avevamo una piccola cucina e anche lavatrice lì. Il centro commerciale vicino e molti negozi erano comodi! Possiamo raccomandare l'appartamento per un breve soggiorno a Kuching. L'unico svantaggio: il mio letto ha sempre fatto il suono quando si muove, ma nonostante che mi piacesse davvero il posto. Hanno anche una TV molto grande con Netflix per giorni pioviggine a Kuching, che è stato bello quando non sapevamo cosa fare per qualche ora. ;)

La velocità di riscaldamento dell'elettricità deve essere usata con pazienza.La posizione geografica è buona.

We recently held a retirement dinner for a colleague at Raia Hotel Kuching. The ambiance was elegant, and the staff were attentive, ensuring a smooth event. The food was delicious and well-presented, but the portions were somewhat insufficient for our group size. Overall, it was a memorable evening, but better portion planning would enhance the experience.

Surrounded in lush and greens, with a nice ocean view. This resort is old, be prepared for it.. but i had a good night sleep. Breakfast is basic, nothing fancy but i ate well. Thanks for the hospitality extended by the hotel staff.

Looks 4 stars from outside and the lobby but the rooms do need an overhaul and thorough wipe-down. Booked a suite and it was huge but space not utilised properly and had odd corners and mismatched (ugly/dated, more like). Alot of dust on overhead shelves so if you flick dustballs scatter and fall like large snowflakes only they are grey and fuzzy. carpet was so stained i automatically uttered: omg somebody was murdered here when i entered and got scolding from family. But for the pricepoint, there really shouldnt be complaints. it is quite cheap - even considering kuching prices. oh the kitchen was dark but the fact that there even was a kitchen at this price shd be a huge consolation - even if the freezer was mouldy and there was a layer of water collecting. But other than these physical attributes, service was pretty good. counter staff were polite and accommodating. no breakfast included in price but it is very cheap. even that we didnt have bfast there cos the restaurant looked a bit sad with no customers eating there. Location-wise - its convenient, near shopping mall and the new pedestrian bridge over kuching river. and just a short distance from the river promenade. Oh, stayed during the mooncake festival fiesta which was located within walking distance - 2 blocks down road so was a very convenient stay. Beds were comfortable and surprisingly clean so that's all that mattered at the end of the day. We were comfortable after all said.

Stayed at a hotel just opposite the famous Cat Statue in Kuching, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location is definitely the highlight – everything is within walking distance, and there’s even a sampan service right behind the hotel, which made it really convenient to explore the area. The room itself was okay. The aircond worked well – maybe a bit too well since it was freezing cold at times. The bed was on the harder side, not exactly my preference. The bathroom looked a bit dated, with a bathtub included, but honestly, I would’ve preferred a separate shower and tub. However, one thing that could be improved is the bathrobe – it was way too thin. Breakfast was okay, especially since they served local favorites like Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee. In short, great location, decent breakfast, but the room comfort could be better. Perfect for a short stay if you want easy access to tourist spots.
