"Located in the center of Bintulu city Promenade is an ideal place to stay with your family., where everything you need is near you.
Food, entertainment and whatever thing you need is there.
Everybody is friendly and polite.
Room price is off course everyone affordable."

"Spacious hotel with good amount of amenities providers except iron and ironing board. Cleaned too. Don't expect much on the TV except for local channels, there is movies but kept buffering. Breakfast options are limited but ok. Standard"

"Hotel, camera e colazione molto buona.
Scenario medio.
Questioni: poche questioni con camera e ci sono stati ordinati di cambiare la camera 3 volte, che è difficile con i bambini.
Il cibo di tetto era medio abd deluso con la dimensione della piastra per il riso (molto piccolo piombo e riso continua a cadere).

RRyan ThenI loved the ambience of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious and cozy.
The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc.
And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most spacious and well-equipped rooms I’ve ever booked within this price range. The room was exceptionally huge, offering more than enough space to move around freely without feeling cramped or cluttered. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or even with family, the room size can easily accommodate extra luggage or a few hours of in-room activities without making the space feel overcrowded.
One of the first things I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was upon arrival. The bed was neatly made, the floor spotless, and all surfaces dust-free. The layout of the room was practical, with the furniture arranged in a way that made the space feel both functional and cozy. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay.
Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays.
There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal.
Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed.
Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. For anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with all the essential amenities functioning as expected, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

CCikDI have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.
