2. Cignal goes to standy mode for 2 consecutive days around 2am
3. Revisit policies of early check in and late check out. Those these were requested with short notice,
A. Arrived at the hotel around 5:30am but check in still happened at 3pm.
B. Extended online work meeting but late check out was declined.

Second time booking at this hotel and I must say it’s worth going back to Baguio with Travelite as my choice of place to stay. Location wise it was very accessible to all especially Burnham and the city market. All staffs are very accommodating. Room is big and cozy. Though the water is not always warm as it is centralized per the staff but overall it was still a good experience staying in Travelite.

Hotel is right beside burnham park which makes it accessible. Session Road is about 15min walk away from the hotel. Staff is friendly. 24 hour front desk and spacious parking area. Free breakfast was plated, nothing special. Hotel is quite old. Overall our stay was ok. Best asset of the hotel is the location and the staff which were polite at all times.

Mentre l'hotel ha molti positivi, ci sono stati alcuni fattori che mi hanno reso meno ideale.
In primo luogo, la posizione è conveniente, soprattutto se si sta viaggiando in autobus, come è proprio vicino alla stazione di autobus. Tuttavia, questa vicinanza viene con alcuni svantaggi. È piuttosto rumore di notte, con persone che soffiano flirt e rumore casuale dalla strada. Quello che si è davvero rivelato era che qualcuno stava esplodendo la musica tecno alle 6 AM, non era certo la chiamata di sveglio che sperava di fare.
Inoltre, il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente. Le camere sono pulite e ben mantenute. Anche io ho davvero goduto il colazione.
In generale, se stai cercando un posto pulito e amichevole per soggiornare con un buon colazione, Microtel offre. Solo essere pronti per un po' di rumore se sei un sonno leggero, soprattutto al mattino.

UUtente anonimoWe had an awesome stay! There was a grand production for their light show, with almost a theme park attractions except for the rides of course. There was a playground, some walk-through domes and practically the trees and plants were wearing their best suite. We had a blast witnessing everything around us. I have to add that for a moment I was confused where I was. The show was almost like watching America’s Got Talent, some parts were cheerdance competition and a shift to a musical. It was unexpected and it’s spectacular! The room had an old vibe but well-maintained. There’s espresso machine available that I personally enjoyed. I think this is a new addition. It’s convenient and the coffee was good enough. Next day, the breakfast area was setup really beautifully. We had a great experience. The spread was ample and wide-enough. Everything that we tried was udelicious. Even the in-room dining that we had for dinner was commendable. Our requests were promptly carried out too. The checkin and checkout both took a long time than our usual experience but you know the team was doing their best. Still a pleasant service. We couldn’t miss the decors for the season so even for just an overnight stay, we went to Manor like we always do. It turned out to be a memorable and most enjoyable one!

IiamERICA0326Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk 😅 But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area!
We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio!
The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! 😁
At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! 😍 Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide.
Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature!
We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them!
We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! 🙏

UUtente anonimoThe room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee,and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).

MMJBHWhenever we go to Baguio, we always stay at Forest Lodge. Why do we keep coming back? Because they will always make you feel at home. Sometimes unexpected situations come up and that’s the time you will actually witness what cuts this hotel above the rest.
I was recently diagnosed with asthma and since I wasn’t aware of all my triggers, I didn’t know that the fumes and the delicious smell from the kitchen would worsen my condition. Our rooms were close to the kitchen and I kept coughing so hard that my husband called the nurse. The manager (Neil Dominic), the nurse and the bellboy came to my rescue. They transferred us to a different floor in just a few minutes. The nurse checked my oxygen and even bought me my prescribed meds from the drugstore to make me feel better. After that, I was getting well already and yet, the manager and the nurse kept checking on us. They also told us that there is a standby shuttle ready to take us to the nearest hospital anytime. They delivered service beyond my expectations in such a short time. Our whole family feels we are really safe and well-taken cared of whenever we are there. Because of this, I will always call Forest Lodge my home in Baguio. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay there this Jan 2024. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Tuttavia, la zona di bagno (di camera 611) deve essere fissata, poiché l'acqua si accumula sul pavimento e questo è un potenziale pericolo e causa di incidenti a causa dell'acqua stagnante sul pavimento. Mgt shd la ripara immediatamente.

UUtente ospiteI thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.
