We love visiting Baguio but it’s always been a struggle to find a hotel we’d want to stay at again. Most of the hotels, even Airbnb’s, we’ve stayed at never checked our boxes or if they did, we’d had a bad experience during our stay. Fortunately, we found Ellianah Pine’s and our visits to Baguio has always been such a treat. We’ve tried here twice now, and their customer service has always been consistently excellent. What we love most about it is how pet-friendly they are, which was why our fur-baby gets to enjoy the trip, too. I know that hotels usually brand themselves as “your home away from home” but Ellianah Pine’s truly lives up to that, without them branding themselves as such. Really felt like staying in a warm, cozy, and quiet home. If you’re not up to going out of the city proper to eat, they have nice home-cooked meals you can order at their restaurant —the same venue for their buffet breakfast. Their parking area is spacious also, which we love. The only thing we need to worry about is our itinerary because we know we are taken cared of and that we have a nice room waiting for us after a day of going out. We don’t mind also that it’s a bit farther to the city proper, compared to other hotels around because there’s always a means of getting around (grab taxi or your own car). Overall, this hotel hits our checklist and more. Grateful also for their very approachable & assistive staff—literally everyone! Kuya guard, the receptionist, and the resto staff will all greet you and make your stay comfortable :) The only thing we didn’t enjoy during our July stay was that we had to cut our trip short because of the typhoon. We just got home but we can’t wait to go back! We’re glad that we finally found our home away from home in Baguio :)
