Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was top tier. Staff were very attentive and easy to speak to, in particular Tasha, Olga and Sakkain. From arrival I was treated with respect and professionalism. My luggage was taken to my room for me by Tasha which was nice after a long drive. On arrival to the room I did not think it suited my needs so contacted Tasha and asked for a room change. Tasha was on it immediately and came and offered me a free upgrade to a more suitable room. I have a disability and have issues with my mobility, I really wanted to go on the nature path however thought it would be difficult as there was a load of stairs and steep hill to get on it. Olga at reception was so lovely, she held my hands and help me down the stairs on the path and came back for me once I was finished. She even walked me to my room to make sure I was ok. I went to the hillier restaurant and had lunch, the food was ok but I did not fancy anything on the list so asked if I could have a mai tai, omg Sakkain was an angel and made me the best Mai tai I have ever had! It was so good asked him to make me another for my dinner and he did not disappoint! The dinner unfortunately was not the highlight of my stay, I have already given my feedback so will leave it there. The spa was amazing, my massage by a male therapist was so amazing and he was very attentive. The spa facilities was one of the best I've ever been to, the staff was very nice and helpful. The heated hydropool was heavenly! All the rooms with different scents was so refreshing and the relaxation room was lovely. Free fruits and flavoured water was the cherry on top..xx Overall very nice stay.
