Premier Inn Bagshot

needed hotel close to Seven rugby tournament, fitted the bill great. Easy to find, parking great. Outside of hotel not the most asthetic, check in quick and efficient. Room clean but very much needs updating, not the normal standard of a Premier Inn. Clean and tidy but looked 'old'. Shower was hot but shower head rusty and grubby, very poor water flow. Breakfast great as always, greating waitress that morning not the most helpful! Nice that couple of decent pubs down the road, £5 in Uber to have cheap quick meal at a Harvester and watched the England rugby game. overall perfect for what we needed .... just be nice when they update all the rooms

This was booked as a 4 night business trip for two of us. Rooms were comfortable and clean if a little tired. Staff were friendly and accommodating. No faults with the hotel itself but the Beefeater attached to the hotel where we ate breakfast and evening meals was another matter. The cooked breakfasts were cold and when this was pointed out, staff were't particularly interested. Restaurant managers were informed on two occasions, but we were told, 'Sorry, that doesn't normally happen'. No offers to replace the food or even heat it up. One morning, poached eggs arrived swimming in water on the plate. They were sent back with the server who returned the same eggs which were obviously stone cold at this point. Evening meals were also served up warm rather than hot and the quality left a lot to be desired. We left some food uneaten on a few occasions. Beefeater need a kick up the backside otherwise Premier Inn will be losing business. When you're staying in a hotel for business reasons, you basically just want a comfy bed and decent food - thanks to Beefeater letting the side down, Premier Inn only managed 50% of these requirements.

5 stars from me not because it's a 5 star hotel (which it doesn't claim to be) but I can't think of any more that I could have wanted. Easy parking, friendly welcome, comfy bed, tea/coffee facilities, decent TV. I'd stay here again, Recommended.

Bed comfortable and room was clean . Heating was a convector heater and thermostat didn't seem to work. At midnight, I didn't want to bother to ring reception so that is my fault. The lighting was drab and it felt shabby and disappointing . For £ 102.00 it felt poor value . My friends room was much nicer on the first floor and felt cosy and much smarter and it was the same money.

Although from theoutside this hotel looks bit shabby , IT WAS IN FACT Very clean and comfy ,the staff were friendly and helpful we had a great breakfast and the children even ate FREE. It was incredibly good value for money and is right next door to a Harvester if you need to eat dinner. I would definitely stay there again .

Great location, we have stayed a few times now as it's a 5 min drive to lapland uk from there. Comfortable and clean. Also there's a garage less than 1 mile away which has a small m and s so useful for snacks. Lovely helpful reception staff. We didn't use the restaurant as we arrived late and left at 7am without breakfast.
