Hotel. Doesn't have basic amenities. No intercom to room. No response to hot water. Restaurant was very bad

Experience is average. Food choice is not available. Morning tea breakfast is available after 8. 00am. Room quality is not good. Need more amenity t room. Complimentary self tea preparation kit is not available.

Every aspect of the stay was horrible
the staff couldn't care less about making sure you're having a good stay
price is of a standard good hotel but the place is no better than a cheap lodge

Poor condition. Lack of cleaning. Complimentary supplied drinking water had a bad smell. Insects are there in bathroom.

Other than location, there is not worth mentioning about this place. Food is just below average, amenities are non existent and services are poor. Don't expect a comfortable stay here. Stay here only if you have a business nearby and want to reach fast there.

Why such a huge charge of 12. 5k for 3 rooms for such a low grade hotel. We are going to stop using makemytrip

As per the price the standard was very low linen was very dirty found hairs had to ask for toiletries

Rooms are clean. Staff behaviour is good. I have stayed for official purpose in room no 308. One problem in room is there is no cupboard available to keep dress. Staffs are very good. But south indian breakfast not availiable. If it is available it will be an added advantage.
