The Kimaya - by the Sea

This has been our 3rd visit to Kimaya in a span of 5 months, so much so that we consider it as a "second home", and would visit it whenever we come to Goa :) Things that stand out: (1) The sea view from the upper floor rooms -- while it's not exactly expansive, it does offer a pretty good view of the sea, from balcony. (2) Direct access to Baga beach, which is barely at 2 min walking distance. (3) Swimming pool and bar -- Sipping drinks while taking a dip in the pool is pretty fun :) (4) Courteous staff, who will accommodate your requests (5) Property is very clean and well maintained. Things that could be improved: (1) Food -- The food quality has progressively dropped from our first visit. Except for chicken tikka, everything else was pretty average. Also, there are very limited options available during late afternoon (altho to be fair that's post lunch time). (2) No billiboards and wrong location on Google maps, which makes the property hard to find, there's only a small hoarding right at hotel entrance. Pro tip -- Ask around for Billionaires pub instead when you reach in vicinity. If the food quality is improved, this property deserves all the 5 stars! I would highly recommend people to come and visit Kimaya -- it's a sweet little property at a fantastic location offering warm hospitality! And will remain our goto place when we visit Goa again in future :)

A Memorable Stay with Old-Friend Vibes Had a truly delightful experience at this charming hotel. The staff like taukit was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making every moment feel easy and personal. A special shoutout to Mr. Samarat, whose hosting was nothing short of superb — he made us feel less like guests and more like long-lost friends reunited. The hotel’s location is another feather in its cap — just a stone’s throw from a lively, happening beach that added the perfect touch to our stay. From comfort to connection, every detail was spot on. Overall, a superb experience — would return without a second thought.

Excellent food, room and resort clean, location next to baga beach and clubs , direct walking entry to beach . Nice place to enjoy. Staff was very nice smiling and also guiding for the tour. Over all nice place to stay near Baga beach. You can see morning dew falling from the top and on the grass.

Iam very happy and nyc hospitality and staff is very excellent and swimming is very very hot and serving for drinks and hukas and snacks also available on swimming pul ... Each and everything is very excellent iam so happy. Baga beach is so sexy and club also available in beach and small huts also available on beach

Amazing peaceful stay and good food with quick service. Miss Pushpa being a polite and professional server always made sure to serve hot food on table. Would like to visit again. Highlight of the stay was walking distance to Baga beach Everything was so amazing

The Kimaya by the beach is an amazing Beachfront hotel with excellent amenities and stunning sea views. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with the famous Goa food places all around. Titos n Brittos are just a walk away.The rooms are well appointed, many with breathtaking sea views. The pool was inviting, and the lush green lawns are a treat to the eyes. The hospitality was exceptional, with every staff member ending a comfortable stay.Bharat,Pinto and Taukik were very courteous.GM Samrat ensured the stay was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to make our meals sumptuous. Our overall experience was unforgettable. Highly recommended!"This will always be our first choice whenever we visit Goa next.
