Albergo incantevole difronte alla foresta. Personale super cortese e disponibile. Ottimo il cibo servito al tavolo in maniera molto professionale. Camere molto spaziose e ampie .. senza Wi-Fi ma visto altezza non serve molto. Bagno pulito (manca doccino doccia solo soffione in alto) Un soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante

Hotel super cool. Immerso nella natura una bella piscina e le stanze grandi e accoglienti. Super pulito, personale molto gentile e molto disponibile. Sua la cena che la colazione sono di grande qualità. Se siete in zona fatevi un giro alle cascate meritano anche se la camminata è impegnativa

Beautiful hotel set in the mountains with breathtaking views. Staff were great and hotel and rooms were really nice. Food buffet was great breakfast and dinner. The hotel is set in acres of forest land. We did a nature trail to the waterfall in the grounds with some birdwatching on the way. We saw a rare wood pigeon.

We had a wonderful 3 days at The Melheim. The grounds are beautiful, the room clean and the food delicious, the wildlife fascinating but what made it for us were the lovely, personable staff. Andrew and Sanjeeva (excuse my spelling) were a joy-the kids loved Sanjeeva’s magic and stories, he was so happy all the time, and Andrew the boss genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time with them. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we felt so well looked after. We will be back!!!

Beautiful setting and lovely room only stayed one night but the food was sensational ! Richard and his team were amazing !would highly recommend this gorgeous small hotel ! Enjoyed the walk up to view point and waterfall before we had a delicious breakfast

Wow , every thing is 5 star and attention to detail is amazing, I can't mention just one member of staff as they are all fantastic and nothing was to much, the restaurant manager and his staff are a credit to this hotel, the food is amazing to, and they Throw in amazing view to boot You Must stay here.... I

Richard and his team were very attentive during our 2 night stay. The grounds of the hotel are great to explore with lots of amazing wildlife and stunning views from your balcony. We had an early departure and the hotel offered to make us packed breakfast for the family and our driver and they were all there to wave us off. A small friendly hotel in a beautiful location. Thank you for looking after us all so well and see you next year when we return.

We are on a tour so did not choose our hotels. As usual we were warmly welcomed. The room is spacious and the balcony view over the mountains is exquisite. There is no air conditioning,just a ceiling fan. It remained 26 degrees throughout the night so I felt a bit too warm. The evening meal was ordered from a set menu and breakfast is also brought to the table and was the equivalent of a full English. We had a delicious avocado juice with breakfast. Priyantha Sanjeewa , restaurant supervisor kept everything running smoothly and all his staff were first class. He also enjoyed a lengthy debate on cricket with my husband. We only stayed one night. The pool looked inviting and there were a great variety of birds flying around. There was some noise in the night but we had room one which is closest to the dining room etc. further away would likely be quieter.

Good hotel in a stunning location and all of the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Also the food was all good even for the western palate. The view from our room was exquisite but the weather did not always play ball.
