Ornateview Hotel

Super place. Silence place to relax our mind. I recommend this place to come and stay a night.hotel is located in Beautiful view point. Staff members are good and very friendly. In the morning we seed sun rice on the mountains it is amazing.we love this place

Our stay in this hotel was a complete disaster right from the beginning to the very end of our stay. Horrible cleaning and facilities- there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, only one soap available for the entire stay. Cleaning facilities were claimed, but they had only one mop and one wiper for the whole hotel. We were provided with them on the first night. However, they had been taken away in the morning, never to be returned. The two towels available in the room were dirty and used. Moreover, the tubs and taps in the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty; using it was very disagreeable. If that was not enough, the water from the taps was brown and dubious in quality. The room was in a shocking state, filled with dust, and did not have a cloth rack for hanging clothes. They were to provide one on asking, but that too wasn't there. We didn't have any place to either wash or keep the clothes during the whole three-night period. The bed and the tables were covered in a layer of dust, with it looking like a storeroom inside. The bathroom pipes were unattended; the television in the room was not working but full of loose wires, no plug tops. As there were no lights around the premises, night-time navigating was a nightmare. To get to our room, we had to walk through a tea plantation using phone torches. Parking was also not ideal. The hotel is located 2.5 km from the main road and took over an hour due to the poor road conditions near the Mahamewna Asapuwa. The food was a disappointment, too. Every day, there was coconut sambol, dhal curry, and bread or rotti for breakfast. Extra for bed tea. The property is woefully understaffed with over seven rooms. There was only one caretaker, an elderly person who managed everything: cleaning, cooking, and maintenance. This is unacceptable and shows poor management. The property is unrenovated and in complete disrepair. The only reason anyone would consider staying here is the view, but even that does not justify the terrible experience. The peak season left us with no choice but to endure this horror since other hotels were fully booked. I would never return to this place and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Amazing place i'll never been before.. morning vibes with sun rise is very beautiful.. and the breakfast is very good and tasty.. staff is very kindly.. they supply all the things we should want.. i recommended to come and get the amazing experience from this hotel.. Thank you ornate view hotel..❤

A very pleasant location, 10 minutes from the Ella city you will find the free and quiet hotel.Although the road near the hotel is somewhat bumpy, any vehicle can reach the hotel without difficulty.The staff are very pleasant and friendly and the food is very tasty and delicious,The bedrooms are beautifully appointed,I also consider being free to be a very desirable

What can i say ! We stayed at ella ornateview for two nights. Its was beautiful and amazing view. Place was very family , friendly , lovely and very good in hospitality. Staying at ornateview was amazing . It feels like you are in a jungle the vibes, the experience overall was great, view was also very nice especially early morning .Recommended for people who would like to escape crowded areas. Eranda and idusara were very hospitable and helpful .
